I sat in Brielle's room on my phone as she was playing in my hair.
It feels weird not having Tay by my side. Like, he'd be bothering me like every minute of everyday. Sometimes I would care. Sometimes I wouldn't.
Not having him near me makes me just think about him. Think about everything about him. He's so little and adorable. I wanna hold him.
Ugh why'd I say those things to him?! I'm a bitch.
"Where's Tay?"
I sighed. "Please don't bring him up."
"Why? We never really talked before. He's always so distant to me. All I'm tryna do is be friends with him."
"We got into this lil argument and he's pretty pissed. Like, he never wants to see me on the face of this earth again. He hates me." I shook my head.
"You think he hates you?"
Nah. What I just say?
"Yuh. I mean, I don't think he'd care if I ended up dying-"
"Nahmir, shut up." Brielle chuckled. "I'm sure y'all just gotta fix it up or sum. He ain't hate you. He might even be at your part- I mean, your part time job."
"Part time jo- since when did I get a part time job?" I kissed my teeth.
"I dunno but you do. Anyways. You should talk to him."
Ha. She funny. He'll rip my soul in two if he sees me. Or maybe he'll just ignore me.
"Can we change the topic now-"
"Nope." She kissed my cheek and grabbed my phone.
"Yo whatchu' doing child?!"
"I'm looking for Tay." She said. She handed me back my phone and it was on the keypad to dial.
"You gone call him."
I looked at her like she was crazy. Then I started laughing. "You are hilarious. Outstandingly funny. No."
"No? You mean yes. Call him."
"No!"
"NAHMIR! CALL THE BOY!"
"WHY YOU SCREAMING?!" I yelled.
"CAUSE YOU BEING STUPID!"
"YOU HURTING MY FEELINGS!"
She hung her head low. "You're terribly annoying good god." She mumbled.
I stared at the phone and and started to put in his number.
See, my hand had a mind of its own when it was doing that.
I stopped and saw his contact name pop up under the number. Should I call? Should I not?

Right now, me and Jay were playing I spy and eating food.
"So...I spy...something...long, black, and big." He said.
OHHHH he think he slick.
I laughed. "The table leg."
"Nope."
"The chair leg."
"Nope."
"The couch leg?"
"That ain't even long."
I looked around. Anywhere but down. "Uhhh....your arm?"
"It starts with a D."
I sighed. "I give up. Your dick."
He started laughing. "Nahh! The DVD player remote. Lil nasty."
I slapped my forehead. "I'm stupid."
I took out my phone and dialed Nahmir's number.
"I thought y'all was mad at each other." Jay said, making me stop.
"Whatchu' mean?"
"You dialing his number."
I realized what I was doing. "Oh snap...I meant to open Instagram...why?"
"You ain't wanna do it but your brain is all like: nah dial up homie numba'."
I laughed at his lil accent. "Welp. My bad."
"Call him."
"Call who?"
He kissed his teeth. "Nahmir obviously."
"W-Why him?"
"Boy just call him. Make up and y'all can at fun at the lil party together I guess."
I stared at my phone for a bit. "Nah."
Jay grabbed my hand and called him anyway. I yanked my hand away. "JAY WHY YOU DO THAT?!"
"Hush, it's ringing." He said, putting it on speaker.
"Hello?"
I pushed Jay. "He answered! What do I do?" I whispered.
Jay shrugged. "Whatchu' asking me for?"
"Tay?" Nahmir said.
Ooh my lord. He said my name.
"U-Uh...hi Nahmir..."
"You need sum?"
"N-No...I-I mean yes! No, ugh. N-Nevermind."
I heard him sigh through the phone. "Can we talk? Person? I wanna talk about what happened earlier."
"There's nothing to y'all about."
"Please Tay?"
"Fine."
"Where you at right now?" I could tell he was smiling.
"At Jay's House."
He mumbled something. "Aight. I'm coming." Then he hung up.
I looked over at Jay. "Did you know how much I hate you. I regret this. You ruin everything!"
He laughed in my face and got up, walking over to the kitchen.
"Get me some food?!" I asked.
"Aight!"
