A/N: I was going through my old one shots and I'm not going to lie, I was really disappointed with the way that I wrote some of them. I might do more rewrites in the future, but for now here's a new and improved Fives X Reader! Thanks for reading!

"WE'RE GOING DOWN!" (Y/N) shouted as her ship blasted through the atmosphere. She was just your average cargo transporter, and she was about to crash into the stormy sea known as Kamino.

(Y/N) had been tasked to fly to Corosaunt and retrieve a squadron of ARC troopers and then quickly bring them back to Kamino to evaluate a group of clone cadets and determine which ones, if any, were ready to join the ranks of soldiers. Why the Republic couldn't just fly their soldiers to the training facility themselves was beyond her, but at the promise of payment, (Y/N) had hurriedly just shrugged it off and prepared to leave.

At first her journey had gone smoothly, with her easily jumping into hyperspace at the edge of the Kamino system, reaching Corosaunt, picking up her load, and then zooming back to her home.

All was well until a bright red light had began to flash right as she exited hyperspace. The ship shook as the alarm blared, causing (Y/N) and all  of her passengers to go into a panicked frenzy.

"BRACE FOR IMPACT!" one of the clones called from the back of the freighter. (Y/N) desperately messed with the controls, just barely managing to slow the ship's descent to a slightly safer speed. In the end, her attempts were in vain. "HANG ON!" was the last thing that her passengers heard from their pilot as the ship dove into the watery depths.

Thankfully, the ship wasn't filling with water as it sank to the ocean floor, however (Y/N) was certain that she would be left with at least one leak once the freighter stopped falling. She immediately leapt up from her seat and ran to check on her passengers.

"Is everyone alright and accounted for?" she called. Looking around, she saw several clones vomiting, looking very ill, and one even laying face-down on the ground.

The clone commander rushed over to her. "Everyone's here, but we have one person unconscious and several people injured. Do you have any supplies for our medic?"

(Y/N) ran off and returned several moments later with her small, yet very useful, medical kit. She handed it to the trooper who referred to himself as the medic, and he immediately went to work.

In the meantime, (Y/N) and the commander began to try to comm the surface. Eventually, the bounty hunter El-Les, who had been hired by the Republic to assist with the training process of the clones, picked up and worriedly begged to know if she was alright.

"You're two hours off schedule! Where are you?"

"Well, we had a few minor complications," began (Y/N), "my ship had a bit of a...malfunction upon our re-entry of the system, and we're currently sinking towards the bottom of the ocean."

The sound of boots rapidly falling onto the ground told (Y/N) that El-Les was already running to get help. "Let me get the Jedi general. Send me your coordinates and just hang on!"

With that the conversation ended. As (Y/N) sent El-Les her location coordinates, the freighter caught them all by surprise as it, without warning, creaked and shook violently.

"Commander, we have a leak!" one of the clones cried out from the back of the ship. (Y/N) and the commander raced to find the source of the outcry.

"Oh no," (Y/N) breathed as she saw the ocean water seeping slowly but surely into the freighter. It wouldn't be long before major damage ensued, but she knew that for the sake of her passengers, she would have to remain calm.
