Chapter 24 - Advancing in the miniature tower

I stand in a normal town seeing that Jin is being beaten up my his siblings. He has black eyes, a broken lip and multiple bruises on his body and face, probably a few broken bones too. I don a black mask which has no special designs and change into black slightly baggy shirt and trousers before I jump down landing lightly next to them without a sound. I increase my bone density to the absolute limit before acknowledging their existence and snorting heavily at the sight of them. They all turn towards me and Sandra growls "Old man you better keep walking, you saw nothing. Or else we'll have to sort you out". I stay where I am but my eyes change from their calm state to one of disgust and annoyance as I let out mocking laughter "You think pathetic brats like you could put a scratch on my person?..How funny these newborns are". I change my voice making it deeper for an extra precaution. The black haired woman as well as Katara and Emilia turn towards me too, then they tense probably expecting me to attack them. I look straight ahead then feel the bells rise in my head before an enormous pressure descends upon my little group. I dont even twitch, still maintaining my stance of standing straight with hands clasped behind my back but the rest of them crouch down and start breathing heavily. I tell them in a grating voice "Do not forget to breathe, or is it that you are actually that incompetent?" Sandra glares at me but she breathes easier. I move my hands to my side before pointing my finger towards Jin sending a clear stream of light green light into him which immediately heals him.

Then..the man with the aura finally shows himself dropping 20ft in front of  the group. I walk forward to meet him and the position of his greatsword shifts from being impaled into the ground to being in his hands. He stands at 6 feet with a muscular figure and heavy grey armour. His hands tighten on his hilt and he says in a deep booming voice "Who are you, you arent affected by my aura in the slightest" I snort saying "The reason you came here was to kill these children not to bark little pup. So come and try if you dare". His fate contorts in anger as he unleashes his full power along with his killing intent as he raises his greatsword so its point is level with my chest. My face changes to a twisted grin as I draw out my black spear with is again covered in cream coloured cloth. I tug at the bonds letting the cloth fall slowly to the ground before I place the spear-butt on the ground. I get into the horse stance and activate [Golden Body] with no extras. My body is immediately enveloped in a bright golden hue which expands to 5 feet around my body then recedes. The large man roars as he charges at full speed jumping into the sky. I jump up to meet him with my spear twirling. His blade descends and I raise my spear to block. The air in disrupted as we connect and multiple heavy blades of wind spiral out of control hitting buildings with reckless abandon. I teleport behind him as I deliver a hard thwack on his back sending him shooting down like a meteor. When he hits the ground the earth opens rapidly like a large circular wave. I teleport the group of 5 away before they get hit and land on the ground as the large man gets up. He says "My name is Victor. I would like to know your name fellow warrior". I place my left hand in front of me and my left leg spread out my right leg back and tense my body before shooting forward, I shout "You arent qualified to know" before releasing my aura to 10%. I appear right on top of him a few metres above him, I bring my spear to bear before throwing it with charged momentum at his chest. He mumbles something which I assume to be a magic spell holding his greatsword in front of him vertically. I see pale blue light form a circle around him just a fraction of a second before my spear breaks it and skewers him like a kebab and sends him flying. I teleport behind him with my right leg outstretched. He collides with my outstretched foot and his armour shatters first, then most of his bones before he collapses. I draw my spear and strike to my right and see Jin and his friends running towards me at full speed. They stop 5 feet from me and Katara says "Thats the same spear that person used on me". I ignore her and I store the spear again before pulling Victor in. Sandra comes close to me, seemingly angry; her eyes are bloodshot and her breathing is heavy and her fists are clenched to the point of blood dripping onto the ground. Jin stands next to her and says "That was an amazing spectacle senior, you saved all our lives and we are indebted to you...that man is known as Victor the crazed warrior who sometimes goes on assassination missions, but mostly just goes around fighting people to the death". I shake my head slowly before saying "I dont need anything from you brats". I turn to walk away but Jin calls out again "Does senior have any idea where a boy named Jay might be? He is quite skilled in the healing arts. This junior would be very grateful if senior can provide information". I say "He is the only student I will ever take on, he lives at the Black Wizard's place who teaches him the art of mage-craft. He's a lazy bastard and also the only one I've transmitted my healing arts and techniques to. You want more pills like that pathetic low quality dogshit he gave you? hahahaha. The only pills I care about are the high quality ones he makes". Then I disappear using cloaking. Their bodies shimmer and disappear going to Aradon's place at full speed, probably even going past their limits. I teleport back to Aradon's house and when he sees my clothes he laughs. I change into a vest and shorts and tell him 4 people are coming. He smiles saying "Ooh your friends. I'll need to clean up then" He attempts to stand but I grab his arm shaking my head and we hear a knock at the door. I quickly send a video of what happened to him and he nods before running to get the door. I run after him and he opens the door with a warm smile accepting Jin, Sandra, the black haired girl, Katara and Emilia and ushering them into the kitchen. Aradon stands to one side and we sit around a five seated table and Jin who looks directly in my eyes says "Little bro we just saw your master some moments ago who told us where you live..He said he gave you his pill making techniques and from the way he talked it seems you have quite a few of these pills?" Since Emilia came she has been staring at me intently, Katara and Sandra too but them in a different way. I nod at Jin saying "Yes brother Jin, why do you ask?". He continues "I was wondering if you could spare me some of these pills - Ofcourse I would pay you for them so you wouldnt lose out". I nod slowly before a slow grin creeps up my face "Alright..If brother Jin can pay 50 million silvers for one pill I'll happily give you as many lowest grade pills as you want". Sandra immediately stands with her hands slapping the table in fury "You bastard scoundrel, how dare you!!" I look at her calmly then retort with "You must have heard how the old geezer described my character...Even if he orders me to give someone these pills I wont!. Each pill forging was an irksome process. The medium and high grade ones almost made me want to tear out my eyes...So..even if its you brother Jin who I like I will at most give you a discounted price and I will also only sell to you". Cold sweat drips down Jin's face as he nods slowly then says "Us youngsters dont have that much money to spend in that manner..Just out of curiosity how much will the lowest pill grade recipe cost?" I take a few seconds to think then say "Hmm..for you I'll give you it at just 900 million gold". He collapses immediately and froths at the mouth. Then he stands with his hands slamming the table sputtering "Ri-ri-ridiculous..what about the medium grade pills then?" I shake my head saying "You dont want to know". Emilia speaks up "What if one us females sold you our bodies? How much would that cost?" I snort looking at her straight in the eye and say "Hmph, if you did that I wouldnt knock of anything!. I'd take it as a special present...Actually..I might knock of 5%". Emilia frowns deeply and her hands cup my face then before I can react her lips are pressed to mine and her tongue invading my mouth. I bite down hard on reflex and she draws back laughing and spitting blood from her mouth, her light green robe embroided with dark green stars. I growl at her "What the hell was that?" She sits next to me again and replies "My curiosity which is sated...for now". I shiver at that comment then angrily shout at Jin "The price is now a 100 million silvers! Imagine how much the weakest pill will sell for at an auction house!". Jin sweats even more and holds his face in his hands. Aradon sends me a mental message 'Really?' I reply 'Naw, it was too easy to craft those pills..I was considering giving him a few scores of pils but now my mood is sour' His reply is a laugh then Aradon turns to the group "Lets leave these two alone for a few minutes to sort out their...issues". I dont like how he delayed and said the last word. At that Jin, the black haired woman and Katara leave the room followed lastly by Aradon whose arm I grip roughly as I whisper to him "What the hell do you think you're doing!!?" He smiles and I get no response. Then his body shimmers and appears outside the door which closes faster than I can reach it. I hit the door with no response then give up slumping against the door and lean on it with my butt on the ground. Teleportation will also be of no use..he wouldve blocked everything. Emilia slowly stands up and crouches on my right and grabs my hand and as she entwines our fingers I twitch. She leans towards me far..far closer than what I'm comfortable with and I suspect that she knows this and she smiles. After looking at me for a few seconds she cups my chin in her right hand and I draw in a deep breath before saying "We've resolved our differences. You lot can come in now". The door opens slightly then they come inside and sit around the table. 'I'll be damned if I cant get out of a situation like this. Hmph'. Emilia stand up slowly with a strange look in her eyes as she goes back to her seat. I stand up sharply before striding back to my seat and sitting down. I wave my hand causing a small object to fly out towards Jin who accepts it with shaking hands, the package is 10cm long 6cm wide and contains the low level pills to bursting point. Jin's voice is slightly unstable as he asks "How much?" I shake my head and say "No price, if not for your annoying sibling I would have given you some more of them but.." I shrug then continue "Thats just a few dozen lowest level pills which have 60% more potency than the one used to heal Katara. I created them due to having so much spare time on my hands but now I want to go train". I stand and bow before walking out, halfway to the door I say "The only reason I gave you them is because I like you..I'd advise you to maybe keep 20 or so pills before bringing the pouch to your elders in the clan". When I close the door I teleport to Rea tower and fly until I'm a hundred feet from the miniature tower where I sit in the lotus position and meditate on some techniques. After 2 hours I stand up slowly then I bring out a long ebony box as I move towards the fourth chamber. I draw out the spear as I stand in front of the door which opens quickly. I see another silver skinned person who quickly flies out, this one is male and he brings out two daggers. I look at the new spear in my hands and feel a strong resonance as I look at the black shaft and point. My eyes hover to the wards which are almost so dark they appear black. Then I inject the spear with some of my mana as the new opponents aura flares, he says "The one above me is stronger than I am, my forte is speed so my punches lack power". Then he disappears appearing behind me with his blades held over his head. I turn around as I black his strikes then counter with a kick to his sternum. He skids on the ground for a few feet before stopping. 'I will use my spear to annihilate all that opposes me. Everything will make way before me'. 'No more playing around, when I use a spear it must be straight death brought to my enemies'. My body flashes before appearing before him. I slash rapidly at his exposed stomach and he frantically attempts to block. I whirl my shaft whizzing towards his head but his aura flares once more and he dodges. I draw back my spear seeing him standing 10 feet in front of me. I release my aura to 10% and activate [Golden Body]. One stab of my weapon and he concedes to defeat. I move to the fifth level without delay and another man comes out who without hesitation attacks me with a flurry of blows. I block them all before jumping back 10 feet. His aura flares and I see his thick muscles on his tall frame bulging to its limit. I increase my power to 15% before I see a single fist in front of my face which I dodge by twisting my body to the right.  My weapon moves forward attempting to pierce him but it only makes a light scratch. I flare my aura to 30% and increase [Golden Body] to its max. The shaft whirls as it connects with his abdomen and he also concedes defeat. I move to the sixth level and see an evil looking young man who wields no weapons. He bows to me and says "My name is Chin Fang" before attacking me. I see a faint blur as the fist connects with my stomach and I'm hurled towards the ground, a large crater forms as I hit the earth. I stand slowly with my eyes closed and have a psychotic grin on my face. 'The dark side I keep within myself..I should embrace it'. I stand in a region of darkness which coils around me and feels warm. I draw out thick threads from it as I feel even better. I slowly open my eyes seeing Chin in front of me standing 20 feet away. I disappear appearing in front of him and 3 feet above ground. My spear slams down causing him to block with both forearms. The sound resounds as a clang in the air and the earth around us forms a crater before depressing lower and the outer circle shoots up like a furious wave. My spear shimmers as a large gash appears on Chin's shoulder. I repeatedly attack him with fluid movements and he doesnt back down attacking with palm, fist and leg arts, his body moving with the coordination of an expert. Chin moves away to find a better battlefront and I give chase happily. Suddenly he turns around as he brings his leg up in a roundhouse kick which I easily block then I launch a counter attack aimed at his chest which sends him staggering back then he concedes defeat bowing once again. My mouth curls downward in distaste before I regain my faculties and fly to the sixth chamber. I look around seeing martial art manuals and martial skills. I sit in the lotus position and start meditating as I read all the books. I gain a few insights on how to increase my abilities before I stand up. I see a package on the table near the entrance. I unwrap the bundle and see baggy black trousers fixed to a black skirt which is split into four sections. I pick up the cloth seeing that there are gold half ovals with intricate designs on the front, back and sides of the cloth, I also see 2 golden bracers and pick them up but before I change into them Aradon sends me a mental message telling me to join him. I leave the armour in the sixth chamber before teleporting to him. I see him near the kitchen which he ushers me to then pushes me inside saying "In you go". The door closes behind me as I lie flat on my face and I see that all except Emilia have gone back. She stands from the chair she sits on and pulls me up then places her hands on my shoulders and says "You try to hide it..but I see through it. Your unbridled arrogance that shines in your eyes" A smile creeps up her face as she continues "You regard everyone you meet as trash even though they dont recognize it. You wouldnt even care even if every living being in the world died. However if it had been you that caused humanities end for the creation of some type of experiment you would do it with a smile on your face thinking that at least the ants were somewhat useful for once". I stay silent for a few moments then say "Hmph, now I'm too weak to defend myself but there will be no need to act so cowed in future". She nods once and asks "What is your true goal?". I snort "Not for the likes of you to know. My plans are mine and mine alone". She smiles and nods once more then she releases my shoulders as she walks to the door. When her hand is on the doorknob she says "We will meet again, and I will acquire you sooner or later. Hmph!". And with that she disappears, I find no reason to linger so I go back to the sixth chamber. I strip to my boxers then change into the lower cloth which I give the name 'Imperial armour'. I also wear the golden bracers and some black Chinese style flat shoes. I go to the fourth and fifth levels taking even more Sithe treasures which I immediately transfer to my clones for them to be analyzed. From the information I acquired from Aradon the cultivation  system in this world is like this:

Mortal Realm: Has 10 levels.

Silver Realm: Consists of early, mid and peak stages.

Gold Realm: Consists of early, mid and peak stages.

Eternal Realm: Has just one stage.

Immortal Realm: Has just one stage.

Transcendent Realm: Unknown amount of stages.

Those in the mortal Realm are the weakest beings that live, mostly mortals. Those in the silver realm can wipe out mortals with a wave of their hand. Those in the gold realm can kill those in the silver realm easily like flies. Those who get into the eternal realm gain an eternal soul, never to die. Those who are at the immortal stage gain true immortality never affected by time, they are the true pillars of the highest rankling organisations. Those in the transcendent realm can probably be counted with one hand, the true rulers of the mutliverse who wield limitless power.

Earth grade.

Sky grade.

Sacred(Heaven and Hell) grade.

Universe grade.

Ascended grade.
