Chapter 30 - Exploring Floating Cloud

3cm before my hand makes contact I feel a heavy pressure and my hand is grabbed by a soft slender one. A woman similar in appearance but taller than Vera materializes adding a body to the hand. Her grip is firm and I cant dislodge my hand even with my bones shifted back in place and with the weights removed. She leans over me with fury in her eyes and with a threatening tone asks "What did you do to my sister?". I grimace mentally, her right hand holds my own right hand which is the stronger. Suddenly she releases my hand and her hand turns to a fist which rapidly closes in. 'I cant get hit or Ill get very fatal damage'. I rapidly spam mana shields furiously pouring my mana into them and reinforcing them with haste. The punch meets some resistance before breaking the shields with 30% power. The punch connects - too fast to block or evade and I double over. I see red flecks at the corners of my vision as I fall to the ground gasping heavily. I hear Chin, Gebu and blacky scream furiously inside my head. I ignore it and stand slowly clutching my stomach and bending over slightly. I clap my hands infusing quite a bit of power into my tattoos, she grabs me by my hair and as she punches me again in the stomach I clap on her face. I hear a slight poosh sound and see her head knock back. However she doesnt release me. I try to double over but cant so feel even more pain as my organs vibrate and I spew mouthfuls of blood. She slowly turns her eyes back on me with an enlightened smile. I see that a tiny stream of blood runs down the left side of her mouth and think 'Better than I expected..'. She opens her mouth to say something but stops, I sense the spiritual pressure of another person. A man who seems weaker than her shouts "Vega leave him alone!". He stands 3 feet to our right wearing swirling grey robes. Vega snorts as she raises her right fist for another punch. I breathe in utilizing [Golden Body] and unleashing my aura to 100% power. 'Mana..form...change shape...halberds and spears..chains..swords..larger....stronger...descend'. I switch places with a halberd at the top of the pile which explodes in Vegas hand soon accompanied by a plethora of weapons. The grey robed man disappears and appears beside me and Vega fends off dozens of cyan coloured weapons that descend harshly upon her. Both of her hands flash with speed that makes them seem a blur to me as all the weapons are turned away or broken. The chains which I wanted to use to bind her is also destroyed in as brutal a manner as the others. After a few seconds she turns her calm gaze to me and my truesoul shivers heavily but I manage to give her a hate filled glare as well as a sneer. A smile plays upon her lips before she carries her sibling and disappears. I turn to the grey robed man who sighs then says "That was close. Luckily your fine. Now that you're an official disciple of our school I'll take you to a student who will show you around the place". I'm enveloped in a yellow glow and see myself in a medium sized room. I walk out the door to bump into a fellow student whose name is Ren. He shows me around the place and I memorize the rooms and halls we visit. After an hour of walking our last destination is the medical wing which I walk into and find Vera lying in a bed with multiple needles inserted and stands near her. Unfortunately Ren leaves me here waving goodbye. It is then that I see Vega stands over her sisters body and looks straight at me. My hand is literally on the doorknob when I backtrack at full speed. After the door is closes I run towards the mission centre. Its a large hall with quests posted across the walls ranging from C- rank to SSS+ rank quests. The C- to A+ quests are on white boards while the S- to SSS+ are on black boards. Each quest has its own requirement of a specific amount of people needed which can be bypassed if the individual is strong enough. I walk to the ranking board and see that the rankings will be updated next week. A cold hand is laid on my shoulder and I do not know why I feel the exact temperature of that persons hand. I tilt my head back slightly and freeze seeing its Vega 'Damnit to hell!". She smiles warmly at me...I dont smile back. Thanks to Ren I also know the heirachy of the school and unfortunately Vega is the niece of the owner. The owner herself has no children so treats her only two nieces like her own flesh and blood. Blue light surrounds me and I see myself on a bed with Vega leaning down, her face a centimetre from mine. I jump back and Vega hurriedly says "Sorry about earlier..I got carried away". When I still stay in the lotus position 3 feet away her voice turns cold. "You WILL accept my apology". I actually gasp at that 'Woooww...someone this strong can be this shameless?'. Outloud I say "You tried to kill me". She nods slowly and moves towards the bed, her jade robes move with her and a slight whisper comes from them as she sits. After seconds of silence her face turns unsightly and she pounces on me gripping my arms and lying on me. I twitch at the discomfort but she gives no sign she saw anything. A cruel smile comes to her lips and a wild light flashes in her eyes. She leans down and frantic at the very, very fast decreasing proximity I shout "Wait, wait, alright I accept. Now please release me". Her lips curve in distaste and her face brushes mine. I hear a moan escape her lips before she withdraws with a hazy look in her eyes. Suddenly she bites my neck and licks the blood that comes out of it. I shudder and she moans again. She releases me slowly and I run to the door. I turn the doorknob and run out the door at full speed with [Golden Body] performing at its maximum output 'Crazy bitch..I must never be left alone with her'. I slow down and walk back to the missions centre where I see Ren standing there. His pale face is scrunched in discomfort and his short black hair stagnant. I call out to him as I walk over to him and he looks at me with dark brown eyes. He stares at a white wall when I ask him what his ranking is. He says "My ranking is S-..why?". I grab his arm and pull him over to the black boards where I select an S+ ranked mission to assassinate a gang member which has a requirement of 2 people of S rank or 1 person with a rank of S+ or higher. The reward is 50 silvers and 20 small spirit stones per per head. I grab the sheet of paper and drag Ren with me who complains "Are you sure about this? I'm only ranked at S-..." He thinks for a few seconds before adding "Hey..you never told me what your own rank is". I ignore the question and summon Moonlight Dancer. We both get on the large mount and ride outward to the designated street. After 20 minutes of galloping and passing the forest and a few marshes we reach a town and my horse slows into a walking gait. Me and my companion jump off the beast of burden but I do not draw him back into my estate world, instead I walk beside him as we wander into the town to seek out the wine house where our bounty giver lies. Very soon I spot my target who walks out a building and onto a wide street with a saunter that makes one think this person is someone of high standing and not someone to offend. I send my horse a mental message telling him to stay close to Ren before walking up to gang member Herbert. His face slowly moves up to look at me but is intercepted by my fist which sends him sprawling to the ground. I see 3 males walk towards me and I hear and sense metal being drawn from 4 different locations; three to my side and one from behind where my ally is. I hear metallic clanging as my horse goes into battle mode. The armour is a shiny ebony with purple wards engraved into the plates. It took quite a bit of time forging and warding those plates and far less time massaging my horses body constantly with magic to increase its height, muscle mass, strength speed and coarseness of its hair. I draw Herbert and 2 stronger allies away to my left as Moonlight Dancer throws Ren upward to land on the saddle. I decrease my power output while deactivating my wards because now that I've got opponents renowned for their prowess and strength I want to use them in furthering my skill in the Dao. I use no blades, just my hands as I parry, slash and swipe at the three men who surround me, both sides attacks quickly increase in intensity as my movements become more fluid and powerful. 'Not yet...damn creating a finger and palm art is harder than I thought hahah'. My intention is to use just my hands to create a new self made art which will be named 'Ghost fingers'. My hands blur around me and becoming more ethereal by the second. I grin as all their attacks are nullified and I send out attacks of my own wounding them. Their 4 member falls down dead after Ren's slash decapitates him. I tell Moonlight Dancer to stay back a couple metres just in case I need him to flee. After a minute more of fighting I decide that they are of no more use to me and slash three times aimed at their necks. A second later 3 bodies thump to the ground almost at the same time with blood pooling around them. I feel immense spiritual pressure and soon see a body to go with the power. I see a woman who appears to be in her late twenties accompanied by 3 more people whose auras are on the same level with her. I draw the corpses into my estate world and turn to the new small group releasing my wards to 100% damage and I tell my horse to flee at full speed. I watch as Moonlight Dancer turns and runs with all his might getting Ren to safety. 10 seconds later I turn my head back watching the 4 newcomers who stand in a line in front of me. The woman speaks up "I am Debora. The leader of 3 fingers whose members you and your companion just killed. Now you will die with them". Her voice is cold and hard and she continues with "My subordinates were all rank S-, while I am ranked at S+. With my gear I reach the bare minimum of someone who is at rank SS- along with my companions here". Immediately after her last word like one organism all 4 of them change into their battle armour and one brings out a double edged slim sword. Another draws a saber and the last figure draws a staff. Debora's hands change to large glowing claws. I dont move still standing straight with my arms at my sides. [Broken Jade Body] My body glows with a very faint light green light before receding into my skin. 'Threshold of rank SS- huh. Lets see just how strong you are shall we?'. After activating [Jade Body] all 4 of them attack in tandem. I see sword light, staff light, claw light and saber light before all 4 weapons actually come upon me. The saber to my left, claws to my right, staff in front of me and the sword at my back. 'Hmph, you think your various intents can intimidate me? Me who is a user of the greatest weapon - the spear?!'. The attacks close in and I jump up making my body horizontal above the ground before thrusting out my limbs to my front sides and back. After the booming sound of collision I stumble back 10 steps while my opponents stumble back by a single step. I received some light scratches while they appear to be unharmed. Red auras come out of their bodies at the same time and I curse smelling blood. 'These ones too?!!'. Getting serious I crouch slightly while extending both my arms in front of me letting energy surge across my arms to my hands. I clap my hands waiting for the cretin who dares charge me first. Unlike how I expected the four figures merge into one. The aura of the being before me changes into a dark crimson and I see that they are also preparing for their final attack. 'Hahahahahah. Since the first clash they knew they would have to give it their all..if they fail they will die. If they win they will survive. All will be determined by their last strike'. I add some mana and a little blackfyre into the mix just in case the first batch isnt as potent and wait. 2 seconds later they strike bringing their greatsword down in a magnificent arc. Crimson light trails across the sky as the sword is brought to bear. I move my palms apart by a centimetre and a blue spark flashes across the gap. As the sword nears and I feel some pressure I fully extend my arms and clap down hard over the flat sides of the large blade. Carolina blue arcs across my hands into serpentlike streaks of light that swim and dart across the flat and sharp side of the greatsword and in that same moment a few blue snakes latch onto my opponents formation. I switch places with a small marble sized rock I levitated a few dozen feet into the sky. I layer carolina coloured mana shields to decrease the damage done. The explosion radius covers 10 metres and I have to create 5 thick shields to contain the explosions. After the last explosion I glide back to see damaged bodies along with damaged weapons and 7 storage rings. I pick up the loot and store all the bodies into my estate world. From that point my clones will fabricate the leaders heads while I'll deposit Herbert's true body. I run back to the school and  multiple areas blur past me...

I bow to the gatekeeper before storing my horse and walk with Ren to the missions room where I deposit Herbert's true body with his companions and the fabricated bosses bodies and collect the reward. The man who collects the bodies and heads gasps as he sees their rank and looks at me skeptically as he asks "Hmph, a newcomer like you actually killed all these high ranking people accompanied by this black haired dunce". I bristle at the insult to Ren but keep my calm as I sneer and say "Just shut up, collect the bodies and give us our payment". The ordinary looking man bristles and his yellow robes flutter slightly. I motion for Ren to get back as I remove my gloves and crouch slightly while saying "Hmph. How shameless, an esteemed elder cannot even keep calm when seeing his betters. You can beat me up now but you'll just waste energy, when I surpass you you'll be my personal boot licker". Now that actually made him angry and his face turns red as he raises a hand "Insolent brat!". [Golden Body] flares wildly to its limit accompanied with [Broken Jade Body] and [Grand Turtles Defense]. I also feel my snake scale armour pushing it ti its defensive limit along with my bones, muscles and skin. The yellow robed mans hand descends to backhand me and I unconsciously lean back while putting all my power and speed into hitting his larynx and groin. I barely manage to escape the slap and my face turns slightly pale due to the power of the strike. He staggers back with an extremely pale face clutching his neck while roaring "You damned brat!!!" His aura then unleashes with an ethereal feeling and I feel a very dangerous sense of pressure. I store the bodies before focusing on my body and preparing for another strike. I crouch fully while bringing out a brown cloth bundle while unleashing my wards. I quickly release the 10 knots tying my weapon and my opponent waits patiently. I hold and twirl my new spear - Shining ebony with purple wards carved along the spears body. I clap my hands incorporating all my power into the spear; both the destructive alchemical tattoes and the tattoos on my palms adding a hefty amount of mana and blackfyre as well as l large amount of blackfyre. My speartip burns with blackfyre and crackles with black lightning and a crimson light. Blue snakes swim around the shaft as I hold the speartip downward bracing for impact. The elder raises one hand in the shape of a large ghostly claw and it quickly descends with the might of the world, the room explodes as shards of brick and metal and paper are sent flying, the air heavily distorts and space-time rips as the claw comes closer. I unleash my aura to 100% as I feel true death approaching. 'This blow will even wipe out my truesoul'. I roar as my spear moves upward to face the opposing weapon and furiously jab outward with no fear of death or fear of facing a far stronger combatant. I quickly feel some strain as my mana keeps draining to fuel my spears power, I utilize my knowledge of all the Daos I know: Spear, Saber, Sword, Darkness, Light, Bow, Staff and Claw mixed with the insights of others 

The spear and claw clash and I see a flash of white as a thunderous boom that bursts my eardrums is heard and the area around us disintegrates into nothingness. I back track swiftly as I jump back 4 times with my spear twirling around me. I skid back by 5 feet and wait for the dust to settle. My left arm, chest and left leg are all heavily injured but the bleeding stopped almost immediately and my body is quickly repairing itself. I see that the elder staggers a bit with an even paler face. Blood runs down in large streams down a cut above his left eye, he also has a gash over the right side of his chest to his shoulder and the dark blood flows to the ground. Then his features tighten slightly before his aura turns blue then green. 'Luckily not red..phew'. Then he charges again and I load my spear. However, I feel that this time the threat of death is far more real as I see black claws that cover the sky and feel a sense of fear. Immediately I break out of the fear and sneer shouting in my head 'HMPH!!. I AM ONE OF THE GREAT DEMONS OF HELL!! NOTHING SHORT OF COUNTLESS POWERFUL OVERLORDS WILL BE ABLE TO EVEN MAKE ME FEEL A SMALL SENSE OF PRESSURE NOT TO EVEN TALK OF FEAR!!! YOU DAMNED PATHETIC HUMAN, YOU WILL PAY WITH THIS FOR YOUR LIFE!!' I suddenly see 2 notifications and time stops;

[Conditions met: User can now acquire the skill. Due to overcoming fear of death and wanting to see everything user has acquired the Samsara Wheel eye which sees all will now be your left eye. When activated it turns the users iris gold]

A fiendish grin comes to my face and I feel by eyes burn with pain beyond my limits that lasts for an instant. Then I feel my left and right eye resonate with my body as my irises turn from purple eyes with cat slitted irises to gold normal looking irises. I also see the names in japanese for some reason in my mind: Zen'no no me (Almighty eye) and Rin'ne no wa-me (Samsara Wheel eye). I raise my spear to the sky and as time goes back to normal I roar "Now then! Lets continue from where we left off!!".
