ONE →It's not first come first serve. If you can write decent, bam! it's yours. If I decline, it's simply because I don't want to give it to you, or I don't think you can write it well enough. I'm picky, since almost every one of these were my personal stories in my drafts.
TWO →If I give you the plot, you have to have the first real chapter up within two weeks. I understand if you can't update it. And, it has to be a real chapter, not a cast or prologue or any of those things, or it's back to me. If you have a reason, or you just have other stories to update at the time, I understand.
THREE →I can hold a plot, but I can choose who I want to hold it for. There are just some people I wouldn't hold it for, and I don't want to hold it when someone else could get it.
FOUR → Follow the payment, or I won't give you the plot.
SIX → There is a password! Because I just find those interesting, and also I like to know who I'm giving the plot to (not really, I just find it cool to see people's opinions on things).
SEVEN →You can comment or pm, it's up to you. There's a chance I might not see a comment, sometimes Wattpad glitches, but most likely I'll see it.
