ROSALEEN BLACK had always been an enigma. By nature, that was her being. The child of a wayward prestigious Pureblood turned murderer and a neat-pressed Slytherin heiress turned St. Mungo's patient. Her parents had always weighed heavy on her most of her life, the bouts of what they had done suffocating the young girl, even as she made her own name for herself following her years at Hogwarts. Rosaleen's luck as enigma furthered after the school found out that her guardian and godfather, Remus Lupin, had been a werewolf since the terrible young age of six.
Ever since her arrival at Hogwarts, her name had been uttered down the halls in mixes of disgust, fascination, and envy. She rose amongst the Slytherins in popularity, becoming their person to be pushed forward when a duel presented itself, for her to be their face of fury against the prejudiced society of Hogwarts. The Slytherins adored the Black daughter despite her parentage, while the rest of the Houses treated her like a ghoul.
Rosaleen had always loathed the factor that she would never be what was expected of her, no matter which way she was meant to go. She was fueled with rage and anger towards a world that continued to fail her, while she wasn't like what her father was accused of being, nor was she the insane mess that had become her mother.
Unfortunately, Rosaleen became the prime target of advances from Voldemort's forces for reasons unknown to her. Her life of nightmares and dreams had become nothing but a nightmare, toppling forward until it created an avalanche of horror.
The enigma, the girl who could always find her way out of a situation with a silver-tongue still intact, had no other option than staying with three people who despised her. To live out their "destiny" as the un-needed passenger to their travels.
Rosaleen Black wasn't being hunted because of her parents, she was being hunted for something that could shatter the Magical world and bring Voldemort's forces to their overwhelming victory.

EXTRA.
→ I know the "daughter of Sirius/Regulus Black" is unbearably cliche, but ever since I created the character a year ago she's been that way, so she's gonna stay that way. But, it's a bit different (probably not). She lived with her mother until she was four, until her mother was forcibly admitted to St. Mungo's by Remus, so she does retain some memories of what her mother was like (not good ones). Her mother had "snapped," per say, after her husband's imprisonment. Remus was Rosaleen's godfather, meaning once her mother was deemed unfit and was taken away, she was raised by Remus.
→ Rosaleen was the favorite among Slytherins. Like Draco, but people actually liked her. Because, for the Wizarding World, she's one of the people to protest the distrust and dislike of Slytherins widely displayed throughout both Magical society and Hogwarts that existed since Salazar Slytherin. She's the one who always fought duels (key: tricked Harry & Ron into one in the first book instead of Draco), who started the fights. Because of that and the fact of who her parents were, the other Houses did not like her. Gryffindors especially, which is why she doesn't like the Golden Trio. (Despite Remus being a father figure to her, her and them do not get along.)
→ The reason she is being hunted by Voldemort is because when she was young (eight), she was bit by a werewolf (not Remus!!). Due to it being such a traumatic event, Rosaleen blocked it out of her mind and didn't remember. Except she survived and didn't turn into a werewolf, yet retained the ability to have above average strength, which Rosaleen always excused as a use of some unknown spell. Voldemort believes if he gets her, she could be the key to winning the war. Whether or not he does, whatever, is up to you.
