The second time Remus had gotten caught sneaking into the kitchens for chocolate late at night, Will had heard of it, and offered Remus a deal. If he didn't tell anyone he was using his wand to make chocolate, Will would make Remus as much as he wanted. Remus, of course, was skeptical, but Will said it was because he didn't want Gryffindor to lose any more points due to Remus sneaking around at night.
That, of course, was a lie. So, Will had spent countless hours in the library for the sole purpose of researching how to make chocolate correctly. Finally, he created a recipe that didn't seem too bad, and started making it for Remus.
Will had somehow become a chocolate dealer for Remus Lupin, and he was pretty sure he was fine with that.
