MORELLE TISELLE was the victor from District 11, who won the 72nd, the one who started to bring the rebellion down upon the district. A key in the rebellion, one that without, would have made the whole plan come crashing down.
She wasn't selected for the Quarter Quell, thankfully, because she still had work to do. And when the time came, she was on that hovercraft, ready to rescue those few she could with surprising strength and speed.
There, she met Gale Hawthorne, the man she'd heard so much about, who saved the survivors from District 12. They both had the same mentality, they'd give their life and more for this rebellion. They worked alongside each other, quickly moving up the ranks in 13.
But she comforted him when he confided in her about Katniss, and she explained she'd had a similar situation. The one problem with that? They both replaced one with the other.
