BONNIE DIXON hadn't always been with Negan. For nearly two years, she was with a group with her brother, one she considered family—one that was her family. She would have done anything for them, and she had, she'd done things for them that seemed impossible. But in the end, she lost them in Atlanta and fled a hoard. For months, she was entirely on her own, until she met the Saviors.
Charlotte had swore she would never become one of them, she told herself that every moment of the day, whispering it to herself even if she couldn't hear it over the roar of music. She did, though. She couldn't stand it anymore, couldn't stand the wondering of what was real or wasn't.
She became a Savior, scavenging and following orders. Charlotte hated who she was, what she did, who she'd become. Insanity seemed more welcoming than shooting an innocent person again.
But she could manage that, the overwhelming self-hatred. That was manageable. Until she went to Alexandria and saw her old group, her family, the ones she'd thought about her entire time in the cell. The names she whispered at night to keep herself grounded and sane.
Charlotte vowed to free them from Negan's grip, to rip apart the Saviors for the final time.
She would do it, even if it killed her.

→ bonnie is daryl's younger sister. at the start of everything, she was nineteen, making her 22 in season six. she was their father's accidental kid, and grew up in the father's house after her mother left her with him. daryl raised her more than her father did, and bonnie considers him more of a father than anyone.
→ bonnie didn't know about rick or anyone being at alexandria, or that daryl was the one in the cell. it's a surprise when she finds out.
→ she does have ptsd from child abuse and the events of the apocalypse, mostly negan's torture. please do research on those topics.
