bio: before wally was born, his mother was a refugee after escaping from the khmer rouge in 1976 getting help from an american man soon to be his father.
at the age of 25 while wally was in the military, his father was killed by white mask terrorists for unknown reasons as a response he disappeared into thin air but before that he left a note for his mother that said "it may take weeks, months, years but i will come back to you and your son still loves you".

note: wally and his father were very close having a father and son moment.
hearing his father deaths death made wally go Rogue and wanting answers.
