Everything was expected. Dad was healthy again, and everyone else was in different countries by going through the groundbridge. Suddenly, I heard the tune "Something Just Like This".
It was actually not very close to the source. It came from Doc's. And before I could even get my hoverboard to go there, Servo barked at me. He pointed his nose at a window. There was a fire. Well, just like always, the remaining of the rescue team rushed to the fire.
The music blared in my ears. They must've turned onto the full volume or something. I went inside. It was dark because they closed all the lights. But why?
The lights went back on.
"SURPRISE!"
"Ah! What's the occasion, Frankie, and Doc?" I asked them, shocked.
"It's your birthday-eve! Don't you remember that tomorrow's your birthday?" Frankie answered, full with enthusiasm.
We celebrated at Doc's, but that had to be limited because we had to save some celebrating for tomorrow! I'll finally turn fourteen, just like Frankie!
