'Seriously? Those clothes are just wrong to look at.' Lilly tells me and I roll my eyes at her. 'I just wanna be myself. Not a dressed up fake doll.' I tell her and she sighs. 'Let me just do your make-up, Please?' She asks and I sigh nodding. 'Tell me why I choose to go on a date with James..' I say staring into the mirror. 'Because you wanna give him a chance. He doesn't look bad at all and he won't do any harm to you, Charlie. You just are scared to have your heart broken again.' She says and I nod with a small smile. 'You know me too well Lilly.' I say to her and she smiles. 'I know Charlie that is why you are my best friend.' she says giving me a hug. 'So I should change the baggy sweatpants with some blue skinny jeans and some high kick-ass boots to show off your long legs making you even longer. We can change the sweater with a T-shirt... A white T-shirt and a leather jacket.' She says referring to my usual style when I am in pack business. I nod at her as she walks to my closet and throws the clothes she said right into my face. 'Thank!' I say before changing into them in no time.

Pulling on the long boots that come to my knee I hide a knife just to be sure into both boots and I set one into my leather jacket so that it is hidden from sight. 'Damn you look, hot girl!' Lilly says and I smirk at her. 'Thanks to you of course.' I say giving her one quick hug before she leaves. 'Are you sure about this Charlie?' My phoenix asks and my wolf growls at her in my head. 'Of course, she is! He is our mate!" She says pissed off and I roll my eyes. 'Jesus guys this is still my head you know. I can hear your fucking bickering. You look like an old married couple.' I groan and they shut up right away. Goddamnit thanks.

As it is time I walk downstairs and I see James hopping from feet to feet probably feeling nervous. 'Hey, Why you that nervous? I am not that scary.' I say with a smile and he looks up. 'You look good.' He says avoiding my question and I sigh deeply. He is wearing Black pants with a gray polo and I look over his body. 'Thank you.' I say with a small smile and he gives me a full on smile back. 'Are you ready?' He asks and I nod letting him lead me to his car. He pulls open the door for me and I step into his car. His scent is all over the car and I try to concentrate on something else than his amazing smell. What is my logic... The car smelled like him because it is HIS car. Jesus What The Fuck.

'Where are we going?' I ask him and he smiles. 'That's for you a question Charlie.' He says and I growl at him. 'Asshole.' I mutter under my breath and he chuckles. 'You are cute when you are angry.' He says and I stare dumbfounded at him. 'Did you just really call me cute.' I say and he nods with a cocky smirk. As he drives towards the city I look around to the woods that belong to the pack.

'Come on.' James says stepping out of the car and I step out of the car too to see a small but cozy restaurant standing between the high buildings. I look at the restaurant skeptically and James sighs. 'Charlie calm down I am not going to kidnap you or something.' He says and I see his eyes flash a little darker than normal. I nod with the plan to Mind-link Mike and Daniel if the bad feeling gets more. James takes my hand and pulls me into the restaurant with a small smile. The smell of delicious food fills my nose and I groan in delight. 'Damn that smells good.' I say and James laughs. 'Bobby! Hi!' James says and an elderly man comes walking towards us with though strides. 'Hey James, who is this beautiful lady you brought with you today?' He asks and he has a strange glimmer in his eyes just like James had earlier. Strange... To strange.

'Daniel, Send some trackers and warriors towards the town. I don't trust this situation.' I mind link letting my hair fall over my eyes so they don't see my eyes glaze over.

'Is it that boring?' Daniel asks and I sigh deeply. 'Let's go sit Charlie.' James says and I nod walking with him towards the table and taking a seat. 'I need to go to the bathroom.' James says and I nod as he leaves me alone. 'No. James is acting strange and these people are strange here too.' I say Through the Mind link. 'We are on our way, Charlie.' Daniel says and I nod with a small smile.

'Soo..' James says trailing off as he sits down and I raise my eyebrow at him. 'You can ask everything you know.' I say and He nods with a small knowing smile. 'What do you know about rogues?' He asks and I freeze. 'They are filthy beasts who can betray you at any moment... They are ruthless killers.' I say and I feel him clench his fists under the table. 'How did your mother die?' He asks and I look right into his eyes as I feel my irises get red. 'How about you shut up and don't talk about my mother. Talk about yourself or something.' I growl and he stands up. 'My father is killed. My mother died at birth.' He says and he looks at me ready to kill me any second. 'My father warned me about your pack. Your pack of bastard children.' He suddenly growls and I take the knife right beside me pointing it at him. 'Don't take any fucking step closer Traitor.'

He smirks and I see more people walking towards me with needles in their hands probably having Silver and Wolfsbane in them.

This was a setup. James has planned this since he has known about me and my pack. Fucking, Fucking, Snickerdoodle, Traitor!

I growl and throw the knife into Bobby his head who falls down dead. 'If you wanna drag me down. I will drag others down with me.' I say and I feel a needle go into my neck. My last words fill his head one more time and I smirk. "Traitor.'
