Charlie POV

The smell of vampires gets stronger the closer I get to the factory. There are large electric gates around the factory to keep outsiders out, but they will not succeed with me. I block my wolf and phoenix so that I can fully focus on breaking into the factory. I stare at the three-meter high fence that is under electricity and I smile. I start running fast and get ready to jump over it. I jump off the ground and I fly like a bird over the fence before I fall to the ground.

"Fuck." I growl and I see no guards walking around. Stupid. I get up slowly and check if I still have everything that I had brought with me. I pull my nose at how nasty it smells and I shake my head with a growl. I follow the filthy odor and I arrive at an iron door. "Iron ... Kidding me." I growl and I open the door dry. "They really have to learn to do something right," I say and I chuckle before I stop and see what is ahead of me.

A few hundred vampires look at me strangely while another vampire stands on a stage and I gasp for breath. "Hey. Sorry, I'm lost. " I say dryly and I want to turn around but a vampire grabs me with a smile. My weapons are not visible and I have hidden my scent. "What do we have here?" Says another vampire and his hand goes over my cheek. I try to pull away but the vampire pushes his sharp nails into my skin. 'Tsk Tsk where do you want to go little girl? You are a good snack. " He says

'Little girl? I would think about that for a while. " Suddenly he screams in pain and I look at his hand that has been burned. I grab a handgun and shoot a bullet through the vampire's head. These bullets are specially made to kill vampires without too much effort. I look at the vampires in a challenging way and I also see some motherly vampires with their children next to them. You can trust nobody, you cannot trust a child. I see some vampires rushing towards me and I dodge them quickly before I try to pick up a scent from Mark and his family.

"What is your purpose here?" Says an older vampire who holds back the attacking vampires. "You have family of mine." I say and the vampire's eyes grow wide. "So you're the phoenix." He and I chuckle low. "I am famous huh?" I say and the man's eyes turn black. I quickly shoot a bullet through his head and weaker vampires start running back and forth for cover hoping that I don't kill them. A child comes running to me and hits my leg before it falls over and tries to crawl away.

His face reminds me of James. The same skin color, same color hair, and eyes. I aim my gun at the little boy who looks like about 6 years old and let the bullet go straight into his head. Three. I stare at the lifeless corpse and I chuckle low. I try to pick up the scent of Mark or Sophie or Elena again but I am quickly interrupted by someone who throws me on the floor. I look at a vampire and he grins as he holds my arms with his hands on the floor and his feet hold my legs against the floor.

I can still remember this too well. James also pushed me to the ground like that. The images come back in my head. I hear my screams push through my ears and only now realize that I really scream. The vampire is blown away and suddenly burned. I get up trembling and the vampires stare shocked at me. "What is she ..." I hear some vampires standing on the sides and they look at me anxiously. I feel that my eyes are red and I smile. 'Listen. You have something that belongs to me. I want it back. We can do it easily or we can do it the hard way. " I say.

Vampires look at me and suddenly they bow. All vampires bow, young and old, strong and weak. I look at them with a narrow smile. "Where did you lock them up?" I ask and a man walks slowly towards me. I growl at him to stop him and he looks at me with fear. "The second corridor on the left and you will find them." He says and I quickly walk to the hall where he said it. 'Oh yeah. See you in hell. " I say and suddenly the huge hall where we stood was set on fire.

Vampires scream in pain and I smile. "Charlie ..." my phoenix tries to say but I quickly block her out before she starts to say they have done nothing. I open the only door in the corridor and see Mark, Elena, and Sophie chained to a wall. "Wakey wakey." I say and little Sophie opens her eyes slowly before she coughs through the smoke that comes in. 'Charlie?' She says softly and I nod. I release them and Mark and Elena also wake up slowly.

"Thank you Charlie." Elena says with a moan and I support her. "Mark, can you take yourself and Sophie with you?" I say and Mark nods coughing. I quickly lead them out into the corridor where they were, into the sea of ​​flames, but I ensure that the fire stays away from them. "Soon there is the exit!" I say coughing and I feel the smoke getting stronger. We run quickly from the factory and I know that the factory will soon explode due to the oil that is still in it. 'Fast!' I growl loudly and I see a car on the other side of the fence with Daniel in it. He has made an opening in the fence which is no longer electric and I help them quickly in the car before the factory does boom. I just jump into the car on time and we quickly drive to the assembly point.
