"God Soda, Did you see Y/N today? Boy, did she look pretty" Steve said as he talked with Sodapop,"Yes, I'm looking at her right now." Sodapop responded with a small laugh, "What, Where?" Steve asked as he quickly tried to fix his hair making Sodapop burst out in laughter, "You should've seen your face, but seariuosly she's right behind you." Soda said as he began to stop laughing, You walked towards Sodapop and Steve as you saw Sodapop laughing at something Steve did, making you wonder what he had done to make Soda laugh like that, "Hi guys." You greeted the two boys, "Hi Y/N." Soda greeted back, "Hi Doll, How you've been?" Steve added with a semi deep voice which made you raise an eyebrow, "Good, How you are? "Perfect, Now that you're here." Steve replied with the same voice 'What has gotten into him?' You thought, "So, are you guys going to the Drag race later?" You asked them, "Yeah, we just have to add a few more touches to our cars." Soda told you as he rested against the car behind him, "Speaking of the drag race Y/N, How would you like to go with me and be my personal cheerleader?" Steve asked you with a sly smirk on his lips, "Id love to Steve, but you didn't have to keep making that voice to get me to go with you." You agreed as Steve's cheeks began to turn a shade of pink from embarrassment, "I'll pick you up at your place in a couple of hours." He told you in his normal voice , "Ok, See you in a few then, Bye guys." You said as you walked walked back to your house to get ready "Bye" They both responded back. "See Soda, She's crazy about me I didn't even have to ask her twice." Steve said as if he won the greatest prize in the world,  "I totally agree with you Steve, but we shoud start to get ready." Sodapop suggested, "Right, but if I landed a date with the prettiest girl in town, I bet I can land a backflip off this car's trunk, Check this out buddy." Steve said as he got on top of the car,

A thump could be heard behind the car but Steve just stood back up letting out a small laugh as he rubbed the back of his head.
