Sorry, Peter pt.1

You hummed contently, Snuggled against Cletus.

He still seemed to be sleeping, and that was when most of the thoughts poured in. When you were left alone.

Naturally you'd been quite preoccupied by the man, that you'd almost forgotten about your friends...your family.

Peter was probably worried sick, May-May probably missed you.

God, they probably didn't even know if you were alive or not.

Carefully and quietly you pulled away from Cletus, somehow managing to slip out of the bed without him noticing.

Swiftly you made your way to the kitchen, pulling eggs and bacon out of the fridge to make.

You wanted to tell your friends that you were alright.

You wanted to let them know everything was okay.

But how?

Cletus would likely get angry at any mention of you leaving, even for a couple of minutes, let alone to go see Spiderman.

You needed to think of something.

You muttered quietly to yourself.

Maybe you could make something up?

Cletus didn't really seem to be that understanding of a person, especially towards family.

Hmmmm....

"Well hello there, Cupcake."

A pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around your waist.

You gently leaned back into him, one of your hands squeezing his jaw.

"Hello....I was just making breakfast."

You mumbled softly, nuzzling the side of his face with your nose.

Cletus hummed in approval.

"Don't know what I ever did to deserve you, Y/n..."

He gently released you from his hold.

"What're you doing, Cletus?"

"Just goin out for some....fun."

You nodded with uncertainty, knowing well what he meant.

"O-Okay...just be safe."

Cletus gave you a warm smile, lifting your chin with two fingers.

"I'd say whats the fun in that but, your to pretty to ignore...I'll be back in one piece, promise."

Cletus mumbled, giving you a soft kiss.

Once he'd left you once again, you started to plan.

You had a couple of option's.

1. Run to the nearest drug store, hope he doesn't get home before you, grab sleeping pills put in food, meet Peter at night, and hopefully make it back before he wakes up.

2. Find a way to tell Peter your location and have him meet you there while Cletus is gone.

3. Text Mary-Jane to let Peter know your okay.

4. Try to convince Cletus to let you go outside. Tell him your going grocery shopping or something.

They all seemed like somewhat decent Ideas, although they all held some Danger.

You didn't know if he'd go so far as to harm one of your friends.

Well.....

You were going to find out soon.
