Violet's Kismet

With a new love, strange paranormal experiences, visions about local crime among schoolmates and her grandmamma remarrying a man Since she gets visits from Angels and other beings, and her mother's diary she says she witnesses the same kind of things, she decides she must see her Grandfather for answers. 

She skips school with her first love, and encounters a freakish microburst upon arrival. She discovers her grandfather is a Mexican Bruja. He tells the story of his life in this life, in dreams, and that it is strong enough to defeat the Loco Oscuro and save the entire family. Violet defeats the dark forces with the power of her will; which turn into brilliant rays of light.
