Camila's POV
*next day*

Dinah dropped me off at Lauren's house the next day after her, what seemed like, panic attack. I'm not sure what the hell happened to her, but I fought with Dinah to let me see her. She eventually gave up.

I grabbed the spare key that was hidden within one on the plant pots. I unlocked the door and stepped inside. It was quiet. Too quiet.

It felt if the house was abandoned. I walked deeper into the house and saw Lauren laid out on the floor. She looked lifeless. I quickly rushed to her side and checked her pulse, thankfully she was breathing. I tried waking her, but she was completely knocked out. Her faced was stained with tear lines and her body looked tired.

I picked her up and went upstairs to her room. I placed her down and tucked her in with her sheets. I kissed the top of her head then I went over to the other side of her bed and sat. I looked around her room. It was much more decorated and lively than my old room. She had posters, pictures, notes, and color plastered on her walls. Her room was a tad bit messy and she hade journals open with what seem to look like lyrics. I looked to a corner of her room and saw a guitar on a rack.

I was surprised to see one. I didn't know Lauren played any instrument. The guitar looked really dusty though so I'm assuming it's been a long while since she's laid a hand on it. I looked back over at Lauren. Her hair draped over her shoulders and face in a messy, yet flawless looking way. She looked so peaceful, a type of peaceful I'm not entirely familiar with. She looked purely peaceful. Like if she wasn't trying to cover up the fact of what she's been through.

I sighed as I saw that her top exposed some of her skin that has been lashed with scars. I gently rub my fingers over the abused skin. I hated them. I hate that she has them. A beautiful caring person like her never deserved them. Why her God? Why her?

Lauren shifted a bit so I stopped touching her in fear of waking her. I got up from the bed and walked out of her room. I had no clue where Chris and Taylor were. I checked there rooms and they were both empty. I was kinda worried, but I'm sure they're ok.

I went downstairs into the kitchen and grabbed Lauren some water and a pop tart thinking she might be hungry when she woke up. I went back upstairs and I saw fresh tears stream down Lauren's face. I placed the food down on her table and laid back down next to her. I wrapped an arm protectively around her waist and I kissed her shoulder lightly.

I perked my head up when I heard her mumble incoherent things. She seemed distress, but I didn't want to wake her. Instead I just held onto her and kissed her skin.

A few minutes passed of her worrisome bantering until she suddenly jolted awake. She was breathing heavily as she looked at her surroundings. Lauren sighed as she realized where she was, back in her reality of a life. I saw her wipe her tears.

"Hey beautiful.", I croaked out.

She jumped in surprise and looked over at my me. Her widened eyes soon became tired as she looked down at me.

"Camila? What are you doing here?", she asked in a raspy tone.

"I told Dinah to bring me here. I needed to see you after what happened yesterday. I was so worried about you... I've never seen you like that before.", I looked at her dull grey eyes.

"I'm sorry you had to see that Camz.", Lauren looked down shamefully.

I shook my head "No Lolo don't be sorry, but please tell me what happened yesterday.", I pleaded.

Lauren looked back up and me and turned her body to fully face me. It took her sometime to process her words as she stared and played with her fingers. She bit her bottomed lip and took a deep breath.
