Her eyes were glassed over,
As she lay on the floor of the bathroom,
Her right hand lay upon her chest,
Feeling her heartbeat slow.

She clutched her phone in her left,
Her headphones blaring her favorite song on repeat.
She closed her eyes as the last of her tears dripped down her cheeks.
With a sigh, she let her soul go.
