Lucid dreaming,
Tis a way of controlling one's dreams.
Makes one dream whatever they want to,
From the Wizard of Oz to the King of Atlantis.
As wonderful as it sounds,
It comes with a price.
And lucid dreaming comes with sleep paralysis.
Let dreams come naturally,
For it keeps the balance of all things natural.
Take it from a soul who has been through such a situation.

A/N: The inspiration to this poem came from one of my favorite animators/YouTuber called SultanSketches. He has two videos in which he talks about how he suffers from Sleep Paralysis. One is called Haunted (Part One) and the other is Sleep Paralysis (Part Two).
In the video he talks about how he tried to lucid dream but it all took a terrible turn of events.
