Chapter 2️⃣3️⃣

(Third person POV)

“By the way how did they see you? I mean Jimin couldn't see you the other day.” Jungkook asked after a moment of silence.

V seemed to be deep in thought and Jungkook's question brought him back to reality,“Huh? Oh I... am a human now.... completely.” V replied, averting his gaze.

“So... does that mean yo-”

“Ahh Jungkook-ah I am very hungry now! Do you have that thing you gave me last time? Rae-uh ramen noodles right?!” V suddenly spoke up, to change the subject.

Jungkook, albeit a bit irritated, couldn't help but laugh at V's behavior and got up to go into the kitchen.

“Back!” Jungkook said about five minutes later, two steaming cup of noodles in his hands, “Let's eat up!”

“Yaaayyy ramen noodles!” V said excitedly, snatching one of the cups from Jungkook's hand.

“Yahh it's hot! Be careful!” Jungkook said, laughing.

“Ummmmmm ramen is the tastiest thing everrr!!!” V said, thoroughly enjoying the noodles.

“It's the only human food you have eaten though...” Jungkook replied, laughing.

“I am only going to eat ramen!” V said, putting his cup of noodles down,  already finished eating.

“You can't just eat ram- you can have mine too, here.” Jungkook said when he noticed V staring at his cup of noodles longingly and handed the cup over to V.

“But it is yours... you did not even take a bite...how can I....but thanks Jungkook-ah!” V said gaily while taking the noodles from Jungkook.

Jungkook could only watch and laugh at V's childish behavior.

“Here Jungkook... have some!” V offered  Jungkook some noodles, holding the chopsticks near his mouth, intending on feeding Jungkook himself.

Without a single thought, Jungkook opened his mouth, letting V feed him.

One bite for Jungkook and one for V himself, and they were done eating the noodles.

“Ahhh it was so tasty! When are we going to eat ramen again?!” V asked, rubbing his filled stomach.

“Well we do have a lot of explaining to do tomorrow... maybe we can all go eat ramen? That'd a good idea.” Jungkook suggested, making V jump up and down in happiness.

“You are so childish... you know that?” Jungkook said, smiling, getting up to throw the cups.

V stopped...suddenly all serious and started walking towards Jungkook, making Jungkook walk backwards. Gosh what happened? He looks really intimidating... Jungkook thought nervously as his back hit the wall behind.

V stood in front of Jungkook, placing both of his hands on the wall beside Jungkook's shoulders, effectively blocking Jungkook's escape, he moved his lips closer to Jungkook's ear and said, a very suggestive smirk on his face, “Jungkook-ah... I'm definitely not childish.” and he walked away, all seriousness gone from his face, sitting back on the bed, leaving a shaken Jungkook behind.

What just happened... Jungkook thought, his face slightly hot.

“Come to bed now.” V said, once Jungkook was back, patting the place beside him.

Jungkook just stared at V, how could he not? V was half laying on the bed, his upper body uncovered by the comforter, revealing the toned muscle of his stomach. Even though Jungkook himself had abs that every girl or even guy would drool over, there was something about V's body that just left Jungkook speechless.

“You like what you see kookie baby?”

Jungkook almost choked and aggressively shaked his head, climbing on the bed and laying down beside V.

Jungkook's face was so hot and he felt so embarrassed that he couldn't face V, so he slept with his back facing V.

“You are better when you are childish...” Jungkook murmured, before slowly falling asleep. The last thing he comprehended was the vibration of V's laugh, and the arms that wrapped around him.

He slept peacefully that night, no winged figure haunting his dreams.
