Yeah. I feel like I may confuse you guys in the future if I don't say this:
In my mind, the specials and bonuses are two different things.
What I mean is, is that 'Bonuses' have more of a comedic standpoint and is more for making you laugh. 'Specials' have a more romantic storyline.
Depending on whether I say so, both can either be canon or not canon. So far, the Halloween Special was canon, but the Bonus: That One Time I Accidently Got Everyone High is not.
Now, this doesn't mean that one can't have an aspect of the other. For example, in a bonus that I have yet to finish writing, it has some romance, but not to a degree that a special would have.
I hope this clears things up and tells you why I have basically two names for extra storylines.
Chapters are apart of the main storyline, as in any book, so nothing to worry about there.
