"JISUNG, CAN I TALK TO YOU?" JAEHYUN GRUMBLED, FORCING HIS FROWN TO TRANSFORM into a relaxed smirk. "Uhh..." Jisung turned his eyes towards him again, clearly hesitant. He looked back at Minho for a moment, and Jaehyun's fist clenched under the table.
"He's not going anywhere with you," Hyunjin hissed, glaring harshly at his elder brother. Jaehyun rolled his eyes, smirking provocatively at the other. "I wasn't talking to you, dipshit." He turned back to Jisung, ignoring how his brother's hands balled into white-knuckled fists.
Sensing the tension in the air around them and wanting to diffuse the situation before it got out of hand; he nodded quickly and gathered his things. "Yeah, uh, I'll be right back, guys," he smiled tensely towards his friends before quietly following Jaehyun out of the cafeteria, oblivious to Minho's eyes that had somehow managed to follow him.
Jaehyun led them to an empty hallway, and Jisung fidgeted uncomfortably. "So... what did you want to talk about?" he questioned, tilting his head slightly to the side. Jaehyun took a step closer to him, and out of reflex Jisung took a step backwards.
He was pushed against the wall, Jaehyun's arms caging him on either side. "Um, Jaehyun–" He began until the older male cut him off again. "Date me," he stated, a cocky smirk playing on his lips. Jisung's eyes widened, and he stood stiffly, trying to shrug off the male's arms.
"W-What?" he stuttered, staring up at the elder in shock. Jaehyun leaned in, breath fanning over the younger's ear. "Be my boyfriend," he whispered seductively, but all it caused was shivers to run down his spine; and not in a good way.
"S-Sorry, but... I'm not... I'm not gay," he breathed, his heart thrashing against his chest, resonating powerful thumps through his ears. Before Jaehyun could say anything else, Jisung pushed him away gently and ran off.

Jisung sighed, stuffing his hands in his pockets as he walked along the deserted sidewalk. He'd accidentally given Felix his science notebook, and he had a huge test coming up soon. If it had been his choice, he would've said screw it, because why should he care about a subject that wouldn't benefit his future profession in any way?
Unfortunately, his parents expected him to excel in everything. He knew if he messed up one more test in the class that his parents would receive an email of concern from his teacher, and that was something he needed to avoid at all costs.
He stood in front of the door, ready to ring the doorbell. He waited a few moments when the door swung open slowly, and he was shocked to see Minho standing at the door, glasses aligned crookedly on his nose, blinking sleepily.
He stayed silent for a few moments, subconsciously admiring the boy; he couldn't help it. Just a few more seconds, he assured himself, but those seconds passed by much too quickly for his liking.
"Jisung?" It was Minho who broke the silence, rubbing his eyes slightly as he woke up a little more. "U-Uh, yeah..." The strawberry blonde wanted to slap himself for sounding so incredibly stupid, and his cheeks burned in embarrassment when Minho chuckled softly.
"Is Felix here?" He cleared his throat, and Minho blinked confusedly before he shook his head. "He went out to the convenience store a little while ago..." Jisung nodded absentmindedly before he shifted his weight to the other foot.
"Do you think he'll be back soon? He has to give me something." Jisung laughed awkwardly, and he almost winced at the sound. Never once had Jisung laughed so awkwardly before. "Yeah, he should be back any minute now," Minho stated, scratching the back of his neck.
"Would you like to come in?" he questioned, and Jisung nodded, smiling cheekily. "Yeah, thanks." He stepped in, and the brunet closed the door behind him. He followed the older male into the living room.
The silence was deafening, and Jisung felt the need to break it. "So..." He began awkwardly, unsure of how to proceed. It had been so easy to talk to Minho before he'd started looking at his lips every time he talked, or zoning out and getting lost in those mesmerizing eyes of his.
Everything was... different.
Minho could feel the tension rolling off the boy, and it unnerved him. Is he scared of me again? He thought, biting his lip as his chest tightened. If there was anyone he didn't want to be afraid of him, it was Jisung.
The boy was just so... bright. It's like he could light up the room with a simple smile, and his happiness just seemed so precious. He selfishly wanted to hold onto that happiness; maybe then it would affect his own.
"Want something to drink?" Jisung nodded, and Minho disappeared into the kitchen. "Is water fine?" he called, and the strawberry blonde smiled sheepishly. "Yep!" Minho returned with two cups, and took a seat on the couch next to the boy.
Finding the atmosphere a bit too awkward – what, with the strange, restless silence that engulfed them – he reached for the television remote and switched on the first channel. It was an action movie of some sort – so he didn't feel compelled to change it.
That proved to be a mistake, because the movie was incredibly cheesy and low-budget. The acting made both boys giggle to one another, but the cherry on top was the poor kiss scene that was clearly meant to be anything but sweet.
"That's so nasty!" Jisung cackled, and Minho chuckle slightly. "Uh-huh, like you could do better," he teased, and the younger's jaw dropped. "Hey! Just an FYI, I happen to be a great kisser." He defended, sticking his tongue out.
Minho raised an eyebrow, finding it quite comical to see the boy so defensive and annoyed, so he decided to continue teasing him, just for a bit.
"And pigs can fly," he snorted, and Jisung pouted, crossing his arms over his chest. "I'm not that bad," he mumbled dryly, although he truly didn't know. Every time he'd kissed someone, he was kissing a girl because he had to please his parents by trying to find a suitable partner.
Each time had proven to be unpleasant, to say the least.
"Then prove it," he joked, and Jisung bit his lip. He wondered if it would be so unpleasant if he kissed Minho. His eyes wandered down to the older boy's lips, and he felt his heart clench.
Minho took the younger's silence as discomfort, and immediately tried to clear up the awkward tension. "Jisung–" he began, when Jisung leaned forward, cupping his face and smashing their lips together.
A/N: Y'all thought I was kidding when I said I would spam?
Also the juicy stuff is starting ;)
Q: What other cliches will be apart of the series?
A: The boy next door, bad boy and good boy, the jock and the nerd... I'm pretty sure I had more but I forgot them, feel free to suggest a cliche (or a ship, I'm pretty open to try new things ;)).
Lots of love,
~Junnie
