"You know Polly won't let you put anything up before December first." John said as he spotted you sneaking in a decorative model that you set on the mantelpiece.
"It's just one little thing and Christmas is so close." You said and rolled your eyes when he hugged you and hummed as if he didn't believe you.
"Just one little thing?" He asked and winked pointing up at the light that hung on the wall. "Is that mistletoe hanging from the light?"
"Maybe." You admitted, giggling when he started kissing all over your face.
"Can't waste good mistletoe." He said, laughing when you squealed and fell into him as the two of you play fought.
