Diora Levers 2 weeks later... I woke up by my stomach growling. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs. I looked for the pancake mix in the cabinets. I found it and luckily I only had to put water in it. I got a bowl and put some mix in it. I went to the sink and put some water in it. I mixed it until I saw not dry mix. I looled for a pan and some vegetable oil. I found it and poured some in the pan. I poured some mix in the pan and quickly grabbed a spatula. I kept lifting it up waiting for it to turn brow. I pushed it down and I flipped it over. I put that one on the plate and made the second one. After all of them were done I turned the stove off and looked for some syrup. I went to the table and sat down. As I was in the middle of saying my grace my phone wanted to ring. I sucked my teeth and answered. "Hello?" I said rudely. "Who pissed in ya cereal?" Ken asked me. "I'm eating pancakes actually." I said. "Didn't care but hurry up amd eat we bout to go shopping for my goddaughter." She said. "Our goddaughter." I hear Joe yell in the back ground. I chuckle and put the phone on speaker. I get up and get a knife. I start cutting my pancakes as Ken is talking. "Anyway hurry up girl." She said. "I'm eating." I said with food in my mouth. "Bring it." She said. I'm going to bring it. I go upstairs and get dressed. I throw on a black dress and some slides. I walk back downstairs and grab my plate and my phone. "I'm commin now." I said then hung up. I grab the keys and walk out the door. I lock it and get in the car. My phone starts to ring. "Change of plans can you take me somewhere?" She asked me. "Yeah but hurry up." I said amd hung up. I drove to her house and she had on a white skin tight dress. She got in and started doing her make up. "Where you need to go?" I asked her. "Why you bring them pancakes? And that church on Melvane road." She said. "Why you going to a church for?" I asked her ignoring her first question. "For Ace wedding." She said in a duh tone. "Oh." I said hurt a little bit. "Come with me." She said. "Ok." I said. We get there and it's hella cars parked everywhere. Thr bell on top of the church rings I find a parking spot and we hurry in. We sit in the second row with Joe and them. The choir starts to sing and everybody turns around. Ace is waiting for Chloe. He looks at me then Chloe walks in and everybody awws or claps. I just sit there. I turn back around and wipe my tears. She walks up to Ace and he smiles at her. The church gets silent. "If anyone does not approve of this marriage say it now or forever hold your peace." I was about to raise my hand but Ken and Yn held them down. I sucked my teeth. "Alright then you may now kiss the bride." The kiss and I feel tears brim my eyes. I quickly blink them away. Everyone claps and awws. Ken elbowa me and I clap twice. The after party starts amd of course we sit at a table with them. I don't eat my food I just move it around with my fork. "Atleast pretend to be happy." Ken whispers to me. I make a closed mouth smlie. A older lady walks over to Ace and whispered in his ear. He shakes his head no and she whispered in his ear again. He nods and the lady walks over to me. "You must be Diora it's so nice to meet you and my grandbaby." She said hugging me. I hug her back then sit down. "What are you having?" She asks me. "A girl." I said. "I bet she is going to be very beautiful just like her mother." She said. "Thank you." I said. "Oh and hello Chloe." She said to her. Ben and Joe laugh. I just smile. Chloe looks mad but I didn't care. Yb looks at them and they stop. Ace and Chloe get up and walk over to their cake. "Everyone hush." His grandma said. Everybody shuts up and pays attention to them. A cater hands them a knife and they hold it together. They cut the cake all the way to the bottom. Everybody claps and awws. I'm ready to go at this point. They start cutting peices and putting them on plates. Ken goes ul there so it's just me and Jonai. "Hey girl haven't seen you in forever." I said giving her a hug. "I know and she's getting so big." She said. "Girl I know and bad keep kicking my stomach." I said sitting down. Everybody comes back and they start eating the cake. I eat a little bit of it. "Ken I'm ready to leave." I said lowly to her. "Me too." We said bye to all of them then left. "Girl I laughed a little bit when his grandma talked to you then talked to Chloe. Hello Chloe." She said laughing. We got in the car and I put my seatbelt on and looked over at Ken. She looked up from her phone. "Yeah?" She said. I started laughing. "Put ya seatbelt on bitch." I said. She put her seatblet on and laughed a little bit. "You can just take me home." She said typing on her phone smiling a little bit. "Ok." I said and pulled off. She kept typing and smiling at her phone. Her and Joe are so cute. I drove to her apartment and pulled up to the doors. "Bye Ken." I said. "Bye Di and thanks for the ride." She said getting up. Before shr walked away she gave me 30 dollars. "For gas money." She said. "Thanks." I said then drove away. I turned on I remember by Keyshia Cole. It played and I sung along. I drove to my mom house and grab my pancakes out the backseat. I lock to doors and eat them as I walk to the door. I unlock the door and walk in. "Mom." I yelled. I walked in the kitchen and saw a paper on the island. 'I went shopping for the baby and if you leave call me' "Oh." I said to myself. I threw the pancakes in the trash and went upstairs. I took the dress off and put on a burgundy bralet and some black shorts. I set my phone up on my laptop and go on live. I waited for my viwers to come in. "What should I do today guys?" I asked them. I drive to Wal-Mart and see Ace and Chloe getting out a car.
