Demi's POV
I was laying in my hospital bed and I was still a little too weak to move still but that didn't matter to me because I was laying next to the ones I love, Alex was holding onto me and I was laying my head onto her chest while Jeremy was laying on Alex's arm. I kept hearing Alex's heartbeat pound it was something I thought I would never hear again my hand is caressing her hand and I finally spoke up and said
"Baby I never thought I would see you again I missed you so much.." I said with a weak voice
"I missed you too baby.." she said
"When I found out you didn't make it I couldn't believe it..I was devasted and I couldn't...' I said quickly until Alex said
"Hey shh it's okay I'm here now baby I won't ever leave you again okay because right now all that matters to me is you getting better." she said
"You saved me..when I thought I lost hope you came and saved me baby." I said
"Demi...you were the one I saw when I thought I was going to die, You and Jeremy were the only people I thought of when I was close to the end...Not only did I save you but you saved me as well. Like I said baby your heart was beating with mine,it kept me alive just like how my heart kept yours alive." she said as she held our two necklaces in her hand I smile and I kiss her lips feeling the sparks and the butterflies she gave me. Once we let go I smile and she whispers in my ear
"I'm going to miss your blonde hair a lot but you look so cute with black hair baby." she said I giggle a little and said
"I was getting tired of blonde and I went for something new I'm glad you like it baby." I said she smiles and she holds onto me tighter I hugged her back forgetting the reason I was still in the hospital in the first place being with Alex made me forget about the negative things and focus on the positive. After a few minutes Wilmer walks in and he sits down on the chair near my bed side, Jeremy was still asleep on Alex's lap so we tried our best not to wake him up, I look at Wilmer and he has a serious expression on his face then I look over at Alex and her face had the same expression then she says
"Do you have any news on where she might be.?" Alex said
"Not yet we put her picture all over the media she's considered armed and dangerous...God knows where she is right now." he said I looked at them confused
"What's going on who are you looking for.?" I said confused they both looked at me and then they looked at each other
"You didn't tell her.?" Wilmer said to Alex
"No..I was going to but later on I just got back Wilmer."
"Tell me what.?" I said as I slowly sat up they both looked at me and Alex looks down
"Alex tell me who are you looking for and why.?" I said
"Stephanie we're looking for Stephanie.." she said
"Why.? What did she do.? Is she in trouble or in danger why are you looking for her.?" I said as all the thoughts kept rushing in my head
"Demi...she's charged with 3 counts of attempted murder, murder, terrorism and desertion she's the reason why Alex,Zac and Nick almost died she caused the ambush by disabling the bases firewalls allowing enemy fire to find out where their location was....she did it on purpose." he said
"She what...but I trusted her...." I said quietly I look at Alex and she has tears in her eyes and her jaw was clenched I knew she was upset
