As we sit on the couch I decided to ask my mom about Tyrone moving in..
"Momma.. can I ask you something?"
"Oh lord what you want Nova? You see me tryna watch PJ Masks With Sa'Mya"
"I want Ty to move in.. I know I know he just moved here and I KNOW you haven't spoken to his people but he live 30 mins away and imma need help with the baby and this will help with the back and forth..plus I gotta car"
He lookin at me surprised cause he didn't expect me to ask I didn't ask him about it cause it's too important
"Well as long as he keeps up.. he can have the guest room.."
I smile and jump up and hug her
"THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
Ty looks at me and grabs my hand and pulls me to the kitchen
"You sure about this?"
"You said I'm not going nowhere so wassup with it?"
He grabs me and kisses me..
"I'm finna go in my "room" he says excited
I remember Ravenel got a basketball game tonight against the Jaguars.
"Momma I'm finna get dressed go to the game tonight, Ty you coming with me?" I yell
"Yeaaaahh I'm coming lemme figure what imma wear"
I fix up my natural hair and slide on a dress that shows my little belly and he wears some wack fit but I just laugh it off.
"Momma come take a picture of us!!"
She comes in my room and I lean up against him and he holds my belly while kissing my neck .

I laugh and grab my purse..and wait for Ty at the door.. I get impatient and go to the car and honk the horn.
He finally came outside got in the car and we drove to Ravenel. Akon's Don't Matter came on in the car and all of sudden Ty starts singing it to me and I'm laughing cause he really think he can sing..We finally get to the school and it's packed. He pays for both our tickets and we get in. The game is jack and everybody dancing and having fun. Surprisingly but not really Rika was there with her "crew" Tanisha and Tasha. They twins. Annoying ass ones at that.. She sees us and points and looks shocked when she sees my arm wrapped around his..We sit down and we start talking about the baby and what we wanna have.
Ty-"Listen I want a girl cause I wanna mini you.."
Nova-"Well I wanna keep you in my heart fr.. I do really..soooo A boy!"
Then Teshia,Layla,Riri and Alexis come towards us
Riri and Alexis are Layla's "little" sisters not really little them bitches big asf like Monique before she lost all the weight big.
Teshia- "Heyyyyy big mama!" I hear her yell and give her a big ass hug
Layla - "Coussssinnn" I don't even look in Layla's direction
She looks at me.. with a confused face
Teshia-"what's going on with you wit-" Then shots rang out in the middle of the game. I scream and look behind me and see Ty trying to grab me. We all run out the back entrance. Everybody yelling screaming crying everything. We knew this could only mean one thing and that's the Knights dome streak again
The Knights were the biggest gang in Chicago.. nobody has ever tried to take them down. They are the main reason why my mom moved us to the North side..I finally saw Ty and he was breathing hard I saw blood..
"Ty.. ty you bleeding.."
He falls
I scream
"HELP ME !!!!"
I hold him and pull him by my belly
"Everything gonna be okay.. I promise I promise"
I kiss his forehead and he holds me..
"I love you man.." I hear him say before he passes out
Finally after 10 mins, the ambulance pull up.. they put him in the stretcher and I get in.. and see Layla tryna get in
"Bitch get the fuck out the way"
She looks shock
"Nov wha-"
I slam the ambulance door in her face and we drive off.. they working on Tyrone and he wakes up with the oxygen mask on his face and he staring me and sees me crying..I put my hand in his hand and he smiles and passes out again.
"Okay okay he going in and out we need to get to the hospital now!!"
The ambulance starts driving faster and we get there extremely quick.. as they run in the hospital with Ty.. I walk in.. with his blood all over me.. I'm trying not to freak out.. it's too emotional.. I'm all over the place.. I'm scared I don't wanna lose him before I could even.. I focus and walks toward the stretcher where Ty is.. he is laying there like he's dead but I know he isn't.. he can't leave me yet.. I'm having his baby I can't do this without him then I hear a scream
"CLEAR" I hear electricity they shocking him
"Okay okay he is back we got him let's get him to an OR" I'm trying to figure what's going on and nobody will tell me anything.. I call my mom and she already on the way just because my auntie Jamie was close by and heard the shots. I sit in the waiting room and just try to breath cause I know if I stress the baby would be in jeopardy. My mom finally showed up and sits next to me rocking and holding me while we wait for the news about Tyrone.
"Tyrone Myers?" I hear a nurse say
"Baby I'll go okay?" I nodded and Teshia shows up and holds my hand
"I'm here.. I promise"
"Layla..she exposed me.." I whisper to her she stares and hugs me while I cry in her jacket
"Shhhhhh.. it's okay it's okay" she holds me and rocks me.. Then my mom shows up she starts talking to me.. and I'm in a daze and fall on the floor..
