nina: my sweet angel. Looking back at the last 18 years together I smile through the tears. You've brought me so much joy, love, unlimited cuddles and so many sandpaper kisses. You have filled my life with so much joy and I hope that I was able to give you the same if not more. You celebrate Ian and I engagement as if you knew what was happening. You accepted him as your dad front he very second you two met and looking at old photos of the two of you brings a smile to my face and I will forever remember those days as you cuddled up to us every morning.
Saying goodbye with your dad on Saturday was the hardest thing we had to do. It was bittersweet but we're also happy that we were able to hold you one last time. Our hearts hurt, and we miss you more than words could ever express in by we feel your presence, energy and light. In sickness and in health until death do us part. You were not just my longest relationship but you were my rock, my soulmate and best friend. Love mom ❤️
