Chapter 60 → Aaliyah

Once Zion and I had successfully made our way past Ray and Brandon and made our way onto the roof, we sat in silence staring at the sky.

"Z?" I asked in a hush tone
"Mmh" he hummed
"I have something to tell you but you need to promise me you'll take it lightly" I said slightly nervous
"Okay, but can we go inside, it's cold out here and I don't want you getting sick" Zion said

I smiled at his cuteness before making my way into our room. I changed into the onesie Ray had bought me for our wedding before sitting down next to him

"Really babe, the "no nonsense onesie"" Zion asked
"Yes, you can't always have your cake and eat it" I laughed

Just as I was about to speak I heard a thump downstairs, followed by another. I decided to ignore it thinking it was Brandon and Ray playing one of their childish games, until I heard a Kairo screaming and crying making me run downstairs

I looked to see both Ray and Brandon passed out,?needles sticking out of their necks as Kairo was no where to be found.

"Ray!" I yelled shaking her but getting no response "oh my god! Zion call 911!" I yelled in panic

I listened to Kairo's cries and followed them to the kitchen, where I gasped at sight of Ansley holding Kairo on top of a pot of boiling water

"Ansley what are you doing!" I asked her
"I'm just teaching Rayaan a lesson!" Ansley said through gritted teeth, her eyes flashed an evil that sent shivers down my spine.

I looked to the corner to see Zion creeping behind her. He motioned for me to keep her talking

"Ansley why!" I asked
"Because, little miss perfect over there made rn high school life hell! And I plan on making her life hell! She lost you and now she'll lose Rayaan then Manai and lastly Brandon" She seethed

I widened my eyes
"Annie?" I whispered
"Hello Aaliyah" Ansley smirked

Zion quickly grabbed Kairo from behind her making him squeal as she turned around and swung the pan at him. I ran to the rescue, hissing as the hot pan made contact with my arm. I grabbed it from her and hit her over the head with it knocking her out cold

"What the fuck" we heard as we looked to see Rayaan and Nick standing there
