Episode 8: Blood, Truth and Tears PART 3

Ronan broke into the room, he started looking for Jessica.

Ronan: "Miss Jessica!?"

Jessica opened her eyes, and she saw Gaster have created a shield to protect her from the explosion.

Gaster: "Are you ok?"

Jessica: "Yes...... I'm fine"

Ronan was confused: "Doctor Gaster? I thought you were going with the others..."

Gaster: "Yes, but I thought it would be better if we stay together for a while..."

Gaster gave his hand to Jessica, smiling to her: "...I think it's time to finally put an end to this craziness once and for all..."

Jessica hesitated for a few seconds, but then she retrieves the smile and took Gaster's hand.

Darko was still observing them, because one of his dark purple blobs was still alive, behind the rests of a wall behind Gaster.

Darko: "ohohohohoho.........it seems that the dear Gaster decided to finally forgive and save her......what a shame..."

Darko: "No......maybe it's even better.........with Jessica still alive maybe I can create even more PAIN...... and faster I'll gain others people's Pain...... the more powerful my attack will be..."

Darko: "Well...looks like you'll be much useful alive Jessica......for now..."

Darko opened his hands again: "But I can't allow Gaster to interfere anymore........."

The professor closed his hands, the purple blobs attacked Gaster, stabbing his belly and then even his right leg.

Gaster screamed, Jessica tried to shoot it but the blob tried to get out, fortunately Ronan destroyed it before could escape.

Darko smiled, satisfied, then he teleported away.

Jessica: "Gaster! Are you ok?"

Gaster: "Yes......I'm fi......... ahhhhhhhh"

Gaster scream again for the pain laying in the ground, Jessica and Ronan took him outside, where some human soldiers have stabilized a temporary medical centre, the Jessica phoned Alphys.

Alphys phoned Sans, and with the others he teleported them to Jessica's position.

Papyrus: "Gaster! Are you alright?"

Gaster: "I'm fine Papyrus......just give me a couple of minutes, and I'll be ok..."

Doctor: "Wrong..."

One of the human doctor came in: "Actually, doctor Gaster, you won't be able to fight or walk 'till five hours..."

Gaster scream: "FIVE HOURS!? Aw come on......this is just a little scr...."

Gaster tried to walk, but for the pain he screamed again and then he returned to sit.

Papyrus: "See? You better stay here and rest."

Gaster: "Fine.........after all......what could happen in few hours?"

Exactly when Gaster ends his sentence, a human soldier run towards the group.

Human Soldier: "We need help! WE NEED HELP!"

Gaster: "..........are you serious.........."

Sans: "What's happening?"

Human Soldiers: "An army of purple blobs is destroying our base! We need help."

Sans: "Ok, you guys stay here... I'll handle this"

Alphys: "Should we call Chara and the others?"

Sans: "No.........I can do it by myself......see ya."

Sans teleported away, then Gaster asked Papyrus.

Gaster: "Papyrus, go home please, I have to talk with Jessica."

Papyrus was a little bit worried for Jessica, but she tranquillized him, so he leaved.

Gaster: "Jessica......about what happen at the lab......I..."

Jessica: Don't be sorry about that...... I deserve it."

Gaster: "...Maybe......but you've done this just because you loved your daughter......"

Gaster took Jessica's hand: "...I've fought an innocent girl and almost kill her for Sans.........I think..."

Gaster: "...we're not so different after all..."

Jessica looked Gaster, she couldn't believe of what he was saying.

Gaster: "So I think you deserve a second chance, just like me.........Jessica Grey..."

Gaster: "I forgive you for all you've done......and I hope you'll forgive me for what I've done to you..."

Jessica hugged Gaster: "...I forgive you too......Gaster..."

They stay in the medical centre for an hour, but then Alphys, Undyne and Ronan come to them.

Jessica asked: "What's happening now?"

Undyne: "We've found Darko's house, is on the mountain near the forest..."

Gaster: "Great...let's go then."

Alphys: "Actually it's better if you stay here, doc."

Alphys: "You're not in the condition to fight, and it could be a trap..."

Gaster: "Then why you're going with them Alphys?"

Undyne: "We need her help, after all that "guy" is a scientist and an inventor, its's better if we don't forget anything."

Alphys: "And we need Jessica in order to move the soldiers with us."

Gaster: "Wait! What!? Can't Ronan move the troop by himself?"

Ronan: "Unfortunately no, doc, the law doesn't allow me to do it..."

Gaster: "But......but it's dangerous......I mean...... In that assassin's house..."

Jessica: "I'm coming......just give me a few seconds..."

Undyne, Alphys and Ronan nodded, leaving the room.

Gaster: "Jessica...are you crazy? That place will be too much dangerous......please......leave me come with you all..."

Jessica looked Gaster with a sad face, knowing that he was right.

Jessica went near Gaster: "I'm sorry that we can't continue our conversation..."

Jessica: "...and I'm sorry that we started know each other only now.......and that this could be the last time we see each other..."

Jessica kissed Gaster on the cheek: "Goodbye Gaster...I hope it's not a farewell..."

Both of them blushed, then Jessica leave the room and reach Undyne and the others.

Ronan:" Are you ok Jessica?"

Jessica: "Yes...I'm fine..."

Undyne: "Great......let's go!"

With one of Gaster's teleported, they reached the forest and they started walking to the house.

Darko: "I can feel their souls..."

Darko: "At half an hour from there, if my calculations are right..."

Darko: "Well I guess it's better take a shower..."

Darko smiled: "...before the party gets started"
