Y/n and Five were dragging Lance to the building, which was on fire. Five started running toward it and she chased after him.

"Five, it's not sa–" She yelled at him as the fire inside exploded. They were blown backward. Y/n had hit her head on the ground, pretty hard, knocking her out. He looked at the building, sadly.

"Y/n?" He turned around, just now noticing her unconscious state. "Shit," He checked her head, making sure that she wouldn't need to go to the hospital. "Come on. Lance! A little help here!"

"She's a terrible mother." Y/n heard a woman say. She didn't open her eyes, she didn't move. Her head hurt, a lot. "I'm calling security." Y/n could feel her arm around someone's small shoulders, probably Five's. She passed out, once more.

"Are they...?" Luther asked, not finishing his thought.

"Drunk as a skunk." Diego said, smiling at the drunken state of Y/n and Five.

"Well, we can't go back to the house. It's not secure. Those psychopaths could come back at any moment." Luther said as he carried Five and Delores down the alley.

"My place is closer." Diego suggested, readjusting his grip on Y/n as he carried her bridal style. "No one will look for him there."

Five belched, "If you vomit on me..." Luther looked down at Five.

"Five," Y/n held on to Diego's vest, leaning upward a little, "do it." She laughed, then groaned from the pain in her side and head. She wasn't drunk, but she did have a concussion.

"You know what's funny? I'm going through puberty." Five scoffed, "Huh. Twice. And I drank that whole bottle, didn't I? That's what you do when the world you love goes bye-bye." He lifted his hand up. "Poof, it's gone."

"What are were guys talking about?" Y/n asked, curling up closer to Diego. She groaned from the pain. She thought that Diego smelled really good, too good for him. "Nevermind, I know."

"I don't. Inform me." Five said, fixing his hold on Delores.

"Two masked intruders attacked the Academy last night." Luther answered.

"Oh, yeah. I could of told you." Y/n groaned, leaning against Diego's chest.

"They came looking for Five. So I need you," Diego said this toward Five, "to focus. What do they want?"

"Hazel and Cha-Cha."

"Who?" Diego asked turning toward him.

"You know, I hate code names." Luther said as Y/n rolled her eyes at his comment.

"Ah, the best of the best. Except for me and Y/n, of course." Five motioned slightly toward Y/n.

"The best of what?" Luther asked.

"You know, Delores always said she hated when I drink. She said it made me surly." Five was rambling.

"Hey!" Diego yelled toward Five.

"Hm? Yeah?" Five simply answered.

"I need you to focus. What do this Hazel and Cha-Cha want? We just wanna protect you and her." Diego motioned toward Y/n and Five.

"Protect me? Her? I don't need your protection, Diego. Do you have any idea how many people I've killed? How many she's killed? No. I'm the Four frickin' Horsemen. The apocalypse is coming." Five said before vomiting. They continued to walk to Diego's, with Luther carrying Five and Diego carrying Y/n. She had fallen asleep on Diego's chest. They arrived at Diego's, he lived in one of the rooms of a wrestling gym. Diego and Luther laid Five and Y/n on the bed. Y/n was slightly awake.

"Funny." Diego started, If I didn't know he was such a prick, I'd say he looks almost adorable in his sleep."

"Well, don't worry. He'll sober up eventually." Luther spoke as he turned around. "Be back to his normal, unpleasant self."

"Yeah, I can't wait that long." Diego has taken a seat.

"Don't talk about my best friend like that!" Y/n exclaimed, sitting up.

"Y/n, lay back down and sleep." Diego told her as he covered her her with a blanket.

"I'm not drunk." The two both looked at her strange after her comment.

"Then—"

"I don't drink. I–I need to stay awake and I'll be fine." Y/n spoke quietly trying to not fall asleep.

Diego then walked toward Luther, speaking. "I need to find out what his connection is with these lunatics before someone else dies."

"All that stuff he was saying before... What do you think he meant by that?" Luther was hushed by Diego. Diego quietly walked toward his door, pulling out a knife.

"Y/n, wake up." Diego said before he tried to throw a knife at the door.

"You throw another one of those goddamn knives at me, I'm pressin' charges."

"What do you want, Al?"

"I ain't your secretary." Al walked in the door as Diego walked away.

"Yeah." Diego mumbled.

"Some lady called for you, said she needs your help."

"What lady?" Diego asked as he walked down the stairs.

"I dunno. Some, uh, detective. I think she said her name was, uh, Blotch or somethin'." Al couldn't think of the name.

"Patch?" Diego asked, then he realized something. "She needs my help."

"She needs you to meet her at that motel, a dump on Calhoun." Al gave Diego a piece of paper.

"When?"

"About half an hour ago. Uh, said she found your brother." Al walked out of the room.

"Well, that didn't make sense." Diego looked at Five, who kept trying to cuddle Y/n. Y/n kept pushing him off.

"Klaus." Diego and Luther said at the same time.

"Go."

"Make sure she doesn't sleep." Diego told him will quickly, grabbing supplies.

"I'll wait here with–" Luther sighed as the door slammed. "them." Luther looked at the two on the bed.

"Grab me some meds, Big Head."
