I woke up before Tayte.

It was 2.45am.

I'd had about 3 hours sleep give it take.

We had to leave by around 3.15am to get by 4.20am in enough time for our 5am flight. Tayte was looking extremely handsome, I planted my lips on him and kissed them. His eyes opened, they were smiling.

"Morning handsome," he said once we broke apart.

    "Too early,"

"We're okay aren't we?"

  "We're always okay,"

We quietly got dressed, we'd packed a bag yesterday morning so were ready to go. Quiet mornings were said to Arlo as we left a note and then left the house, locking it behind us. We were meeting Logan at the airport and Dad had hired a car to take us.

"Everyone okay?" Dad asked, we nodded, "Too early to function," we nodded again as the car pulled up and we climbed in.

"What time did you all get to bed?" Mum asked.

"About 3 hours ago," Tayte responded. "So if we're not very talkative then you now know why,"

Thankfully the journey to LAX was relatively quick. The whole journey was silent, but not an awkward silence. We arrived at the airport in good time and settled in the lounge until boarding.

"I'm going to get some drinks do you want anything?" Arlo asked,

"Just water please. I feel a headache coming on," I replied. Tayte looked at me,

"Is it just a headache?" He said, I nodded. Mum and Dad were sat saying the odd word to one another. Arlo soon reappeared with Logan. Tayte rested his hand on my knee.

   "Hey Logan," I said,

"Good to see you Keane. I appreciate you coming along,"

"As I told Arlo, I wouldn't have missed this Logan,"

"Well thank you. Hello Tayte," he didn't respond,

"Tayte," I said, he nodded at Logan, who then went and joined Mum and Dad. "I'm going to the toilet," Tayte went to follow, "Don't follow me," I said, Arlo caught my eye, I know he wanted to come after but that would cause a severe argument. Not that I wasn't pissed off at Tayte right now after that stint anyway. Once in the bathrooms I took a few deep breaths and splashed my face with water. I felt like this was going to be a long weekend. I dawdled my way back, they were waiting for me,

"We can board the plane now," Mum said, I nodded and grabbed my hand luggage,

"Keane," Tayte said, I ignored him and walked off. We were flying business. Tayte was in the section beside me and Arlo across. Once settled and in the air, drinks were bought around and soon breakfast orders were taken,

"Is this our first argument?" Tayte said softly, "I'm sorry okay. I don't want to fight with you," he sighed, "It's different for me and I know you know that. Baby please don't ignore me," Arlo was watching me. My head was pounding.

"We're not fighting," I said quietly,

"Then talk to me babe,"

"Not right now. I don't feel too well," his hand moved to my forehead,

"You are burning up," he said and his voice was full of worry, Arlo stood and came over,

   "What's up?" He asked,
