Jungkook bit his lip as he stared at the contact number in his phone

He was thinking to cancel their donut party today as he wanted to cut off their time together because of the weird feeling inside his chest.

He, with shaky hands took the phone in his hands and pressed the call button, gulping a big lump in his throat.

After two rings, taehyung picked the phone and that's where jungkook panicked

"H-hello?" His throat has dehydrated.

"Hello, jungkook?" Taehyung's deep and sweet voice rang in his ears and he was still debating that he shall cancel or not

He feels bad for doing it and to see taehyung's voice going sad as soon as he says no would be so disheartening

"Umm, tae, i'm sorry to say, i-i can't come today. Please I'm so sorry, we'll hangout someday later. Please understand" jungkook said

Please don't feel bad. I don't even know why am I panicking so much. It's just you who I have to say no to

"It's okay, kook! Totally fine!" Taehyung chirped

Why is he happy? Did he not want to meet me?

"Y-yeah so" jungkook said, a little disappointed that taehyung took this so lightly

"So I'm going to hang up. I have some work. So bye!" Taehyung said and hung up

Maybe jungkook wanted to feel bad for cancelling their hangout but taehyung didn't make him feel so, and he's irritated by that.
