Brooke sighed to herself as she stood in the hallway at the school. She could see everyone who was looking at her and whispering. She felt humiliated. She knew that everyone was talking over Tom and izzies affair. She felt ashamed to be his daughter in the moment of time, Brooke sighed to herself as she ran her hands through her hair as chlo walked over to her and smiled "I'm getting the same looks, why did they have to do it here" chlo asked as Brooke looked to her and smiled "I have no idea, my head is a mess and it's the last thing that I want or need right now" Brooke said as chlo looked to her and smiled "your telling me I have the court case today as well" chlo said as Brooke looked to her and smiled "I forgot about that, are you okay" Brooke asked as chlo looked to her and sighed "I don't know how am I meant to do this testify against him, it's all a mess" chlo said as Brooke looked to her and smiled "it will be okay" Brooke said

Broke sighed to herself as Tom walked down the hall and over to her "can we talk" Tom asked as she looked to him and rolled her eyes "no" Brooke said as she went to walk off as he grabbed her arm and looked to her and sighed "please, I'm so sorry" he said as she looked to him and sighed "do you have any idea what you have done to me, you promised me that this was over and you lied to me again. This is my school too and now I'm humiliated" Brooke said as Tom looked to her and smiled "I'm sorry" "why, why her why did you ruin everything" Brooke said as Tom looked to her and sighed "it's complicated" he said as she shock her head and walked off. Tom knew he couldn't tell her that izzie was her mother.

Brooke sighed to herself as she sat on an empty classroom as the door opened as Simon walked in. She looked up and looked to him as he walked over to her and smiled "are you okay" he asked as she looked to him and shock her head "the trail for the crash is coming up, I have to testify tomorrow and I'm scared and everything  is a mess and my dad is making a mess with everything and I just don't know what to do" she said as he looked to her and smiled "it's going to be okay" he said as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled as he leant in and kissed her as she started to kiss him back.

Brooke walked down the hall and frowned as she heard Tom and izzie who were arguing "she needs the truth Tom, I can't do this" "I'll tell Brooke when the time is right" Tom said as Brooke asked into the room and frowned as she looked to them and frowned "what's going on" Brooke asked "nothing" Tom said as Brooke rolled her eyes "tell her or I will" izzie said as Tom said nothing "in your mother Brooke" izzie said as Brooke looked to them not saying anything before she walked off. She couldn't believe what she had heard and feeling sick into her stomach
