After a long and tiring week in Los Angeles, Phoenix was back in Atlanta. She had so much fun shooting her short film and it showed. As always, her crew was amazing and to her surprise, she very much enjoyed working with Luka. All of her hard work came to fruition when she received an A on the project going into graduation.

Saturday, she had the opportunity to walk the stage and graduate in the same class as her film crew, which quickly became family. Because they were all going their separate ways, the 6 of them made a pact to meet again in New York to work on a project before the end of 2019. After officially receiving her degree, Phoenix felt that a huge weight had been lifted off of her shoulders. With her short film project over, she had more time to focus on her family and friendships as well as whatever her thing with Chris was.

As much as she missed Los Angeles when she was gone, she was so excited to get back to Atlanta. She missed Mackie giving her a hard time, Hemmy being his normal goofy self, Elizabeth with all her great advice, and Tom with the perfect understanding of her personality. But most of all, she missed Chris. She had never been as excited to get on set as she did today, bright and early. She did notice that there weren't as many people as usual there but thought they were either just running late or somethings were changed during the week she missed.

"Guess who?"

"Hmm..." Chris trailed off as Phoenix covered his eyes with her hands. "Sebastian? Is that you?"

"Not quite." Phoenix responded before Chris spun around so he was facing her. The very first thing he did was pull her so tightly into his chest that her feet were no longer on the ground. She laughed into his neck after wrapping her legs around his torso. "I missed you Chris!"

Pressing his lips against hers, he smiled as it had been over a week since had the chance to kiss her. "I missed you too honeybee."

"If it isn't Darth Phoenix." A voice called from behind, causing her to jump out of Chris's arms and turn around. "Oh excuse me, Darth Phoenix, BA. Congratulations!"

"Hi Mackie." She waved at him, grinning at the BA for bachelors of art that could now be added to her name after graduation. "Thank you."

"So..." Chris spoke. Phoenix turned back around to face him. "Call time actually isn't for another 20 minutes but I may have accidentally edited your arrival time."

"Okay?" Phoenix squinted her eyes at him. "Can I ask why?"

"I can show you better that I can tell you." Chris assured. He took hold of her hand and lead her around the corner where Tom, Elizabeth, and Hemmy were waiting - each with a different balloon in hand. Tom's balloon said 'Congrats Grad,' Elizabeth's said 'Class of 2017,' and Hemmy's said 'You did it.' It didn't take long for the group to make their way over to Phoenix and entangle her in a group hug.

"Oh wait." Mackie retrieved his own balloon before joining the hug. "I have one too."

"To be fair, I didn't pick that one out." Chris told Phoenix as she looked up to read Mackie's balloon: 'World's Best Dad.'

"What? I'm kinda like her dad on set." Mackie defended. "I give her great advice and make sure she stays outta trouble!"

Tom was still hugging Phoenix long after Elizabeth, Hemsworth, and Mackie pulled away. "Congratulations on graduating Phoenix!"

"Thank you Tom."

Chris happily stood back and allowed Phoenix and Tom the chance to embrace one another. She had been gone for 8 days and he could only assume how much Tom must've missed her.

After disengaging from their hug, Phoenix gave Mackie a fist bump, Elizabeth another hug, and then stopped in front of Hemsworth.

"I'm very proud of y-" Hemmy was cut off by Phoenix practically squeezing the life out of him. Although she had never told him, she had hoped he knew how much of an impact he made on her life in just 5 short months. Going into shooting, the only people she knew were the Russo's while everyone else in the cast and crew were already familiar from previous films. Hemsworth was the very first cast member that ever spoke to her and made her feel comfortable right away. He was one of the kindest and most down to earth people she knew. Even before her friendships with both Tom and Chris, Hemmy was there.

"I wouldn't have survived my first month here if it weren't for you." Phoenix confessed. "Thank you for everything."

"Oh, I'm sure you would've been fine either way." He patted her on the shoulder. "You are an intelligent and very capable young woman."

"I second that." Mackie chimed in. "I know I tease you a lot but it's only because I know you can handle it. We are all proud of you."

"We are." Elizabeth agreed.

"Yes. We are." Tom added. By the time Phoenix looked over at him, he had all of the balloons attached to his belt loop.

"Super proud." Chris said while pulling her into another hug.

Phoenix took a sharp breath in in an attempt to hold back her tears. When she started on infinity war, she would've never guessed that she would've gained such a genuine and supportive bunch as well as 2 people who would become her closest friends, Chris and Tom. The fact that some of Hollywood's biggest stars were willing to come to set early just to surprise her with balloons and tell her how proud they are filled her heart with warmth.

As if on queue, Mackie took his phone out and began playing All My Life by K-Ci & JoJo the very second a tear fell from Phoenix's eyes. She blinked it away almost immediately and hid her face in Chris's chest.

"Can I have this dance?" Mackie reached his hand out to Elizabeth for a slow dance.

"Can I have this dance?" Tom mocked as he asked Hemmy to dance.

At the sound of the people Phoenix had grown to care for so much, she unhid her face from Chris's chest to find everyone rocking back and forth to the music. As expected, Tom and Hemmy were way off rhythm while Mackie was moreso doing his own thing with Elizabeth trying to keep up.

Chris rested his hands on Phoenix's hips and began to sway her along with the music.

"ALL MY LIFEEEEE I PRAY FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOUUUH!" Mackie sang loudly which caused the bunch to laugh simultaneously.

"You are amazing." Chris spoke while pushing back the strand of hair that kept blowing in her face. "Did you know we had our first date exactly 2 months ago today?"

"Did we?"

"April 19."

"I didn't even realize today was the 19th." Phoenix confessed. It was at that moment that she realized her sister's wedding was in less than a month and she had still yet to ask Chris if he would accompany her. "While I have you, I've been meaning to ask you something."

"I've been meaning to ask you something, too." Chris spoke quietly over the music. Phoenix remained silent to let him go on with his question but he didn't continue.

"Will you-"

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, unintentionally cutting her off in the process.

"Will you go my sister's wedding with me?" Phoenix finished. Looking up at his gaze, she instantly melted into his arms - not even realizing what he had asked her until a few seconds later.

"I would love to go to your sister's wedding with you."

"I would love to be your girlfriend, Chris."

He smiled. "Really?"

"Yes!"
