I clean a few cups as I see Emma walk towards me with a smirk. I roll my eyes as I already know what's about to go down.

"I saw the famous Kim Namjoon you like to talk about." I feel my heart skip a little beat at the mention of his name, but ignore it. I just continue washing the cup as I hum. "Good choice, Jinnie." She winks. I freeze as I look down at her.

"We're n-

"Not dating, I know." A blush creeps onto my cheeks. "Just know that I wouldn't be mad if you were." I sigh relieved as I hear the bell from the door ring. I get away from Emma as I see Hoseok, making me confused. He takes a seat at the bar in front of me as I lean over to him.

"What are you doing here?" I whisper yell as it wasn't busy. I could keep talking with him.

"I promised I'd check up on you every now and then, remember? So, any news since yesterday?" I continue to dry some cups as I see Emma walk past, clearly listening.

"Nope, nothing at all." I smile at my friend. Emma walks away to serve someone as Hoseok frowns.

"I stayed over at Yoongi's again... Namjoon only got home this morning. Did YOU have some fun this time?" He smirks, making me uncomfortable as a little heat reaches my cheeks.

"No! We just watched a movie. He stayed the night because I wasn't feeling the best." I reply. Technically, I'm not lying right now.

"He barged in rather annoyed if you ask me."

"H- he did?" I mood falls down. He's the one that kissed me this morning... Wasn't is good enough? Didn't I live up to his expectations?

"Seokjin, please. What happened?" My friend asks as I feel his hand cover my arm for comfort.

"It's nothing, really. I just didn't realise I annoyed him. Thanks for letting me know, though."

I felt like I was finally ready to maybe give someone else a chance, but why would I if I only annoy Namjoon with all my problems. I wouldn't want him to be forced. Does he even like me? Or did he kiss me because he felt bad?

"Hey, I didn't say you annoyed him. He just looked a little frustrated... I wasn't supposed to tell you this, but Yoongi talked to him the other day. He thinks Namjoon likes you. To think he wanted to go to a doctor for it." I chuckle a bit as I only see Jins expression sadden.

I knew it. Nobody will love me. Nobody will love me the way he did. It might not have been the best relationship, but at least the feelings were mutual. Not forced.

"Jin, could you help me, please? It's what you're getting payed for anyway." I look at Emma as I see her take orders and head to join her.

It was reaching the end of my workday. Hoseok decided to head back home and the cafe was pretty empty. There was a couple left at one of the tables in the corner. I begin to clean the counter a little bit as Emma join my side again.

"Are you okay, Jinnie? Your mood has dropped since the moment that guy walked in and talked to you. Did he say something bad to you? I can bad them." She says with a comforting smile while I quickly smile back.

"No, he's a friend of mine. My best friend, actually. He didn't do anything wrong." For the second time today our conversation gets interrupted as another customer walks in.

I double check as I see a man with slightly ripped jeans, a black hoodie, some glasses and converse walk towards the door. He walks towards the counter and places his elbow down to rest his face in his hand. His slightly swept back hair, making the sight heart melting.

"Hoseok told me you got off around this time." Namjoon smiles, showing me his dimples. Some blood rushes to my cheeks as I cover them slightly, but soon stop as I know he doesn't like me doing that.

"I'll leave you two alone." Emma smiles as she takes the cleaning supplies from me and continues to clean the counter. "You can stop already." I nod as I take of my apron and hang it somewhere.

"Why are you here?" I ask once I'm back behind the counter.

"Glad you ask." He looks down and takes something from his pocket. Keys?

"Would you want to go on a date with me, please?"
