Roxy's Heart (Final Part)

A day or two had passed since the events of saving Benjamin, and him saving Roxy as well. Roxy was in the pit fixing something on the ship, a fuse box had pretty much exploded, leaving them without lights. 

Roxy used her helmet lights, and Benny held a flashlight from above, she took off the helmet, "Hey, come down here, I need to see better, if I do this wrong we're kriffed." she stated. He obliged, and hopped into the hole, it was a bit tight just the two of them, but they managed. He pointed the light at the box Roxy was working on. 

She had a was tightening some screws, when some electricity jolted through the box, shocking Roxy, "Kriff!" She yelled, feeling the jolt go through her whole body, the ship was running 10,000 volts through it. "Are you okay?" Benny asked, "Yup, probably lost a few brain cells though." replied Roxy, witfully. She finished tightening the screws and put in new fuses, the lights were back on. 

"Success!" She shouted, putting the tools back in the box and turning to see Benjamin right in her face, man this pit really was small. "Hi" she breathed out, Benny smiled, and pecked her lips with his own, "Let's get back on course, and get home, shall we?" Roxy asked, blushing heavily now. Usually it was Roxy and her dirty remarks making Benny blush, not Benny's cute gestures making her blush!

She climbed from the hole first, and she helped Benny out, pulling him up with one hand. They sat in the cockpit together, sharing a meal of canned meats. "Tomorrow we should be home!" Roxy stated with a smile, "Do you think your brother or anyone will suspect anything? About us, I mean?" asked Benjamin, a little nervous. "Nah, maybe Ahsoka, but she's not an actual Jedi anymore and she was gone and away from the force for so long that she can't sense as much, at least I think that's how it works." Roxy chuckled. 

Benjamin nodded, he seemed to be sweating, "Hey, they'll accept you and let you join, they haven't turned anyone down yet, the only person you maybe have to worry about, is Kanan, he doesn't like me much, so he probably won't trust you much at first either, but it'll be okay." Roxy told him, reassuringly.

She grabbed his hand, and gave it a squeeze.

"I'll trust you on that" he laughed, Roxy smiled and turned to look out at the stars. 

*Time skip*

Finally they had entered the Atmosphere of Atollon, Roxy woke Benjamin with a light shake, he bolted up, giving himself a head rush, Roxy just laughed, and finished putting on her armor. Benjamin took a deep breath as they finally landed, his hands were shaking, Roxy patted his arm, and gave him a loom telling him everything would be alright. 

The door opened, and Roxy walked out, seeing many busy Rebels, and finally she spotted Rex, she ran over to him, surprising him with a hug, "Hey, vod'ika, you shoulda commed and told me you were coming home." He said, hugging her back tightly, looking up and seeing a stranger, standing awkwardly. "This must be your friend, I thought he was going back to his job?" He asked, "I decided to come here, seemed like a better idea." stated Benjamin, "I'm Benjamin Rivvens." he held out his hand, Rex shook it with a tight grip, and he didn't flinch. 

"So, how did you two meet?" Rex asked, as they sat down in the mess hall with Ahsoka, and the rest of the Rebels squad. Roxy had introduced him to everyone. They exchanged a look, "Well, that's kind of a long story." said Roxy, "I've got time." Rex stated with a smile, "Ok, so I went to tatooine and Benny here was an..assassin who was after me, we ended up fighting in an alley, uh I saved his ass after some time, I was kidnapped by a different guy who I thought was my friend, Benny saved me, killed Daviin, then we were headed to Coruscant to get him back to his work, then I saved him from being tortured and he saved me from falling to my death." Roxy explained.
