❝ sorry can't save me now ❞

───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────

It's been almost three months since Fallon had moved from Oregon, California to Los Angeles and there was still boxes in her condo that needed to be unpacked. Unpacking was one of the things that Fallon was really good at procrastinating at. The only thing that ticked Fallon off about the condo, was the extra bedroom that was suppose to be her former best-friend's room.

Brianna and Fallon had dreamed about living together since middle school, maybe even sooner than that. They would dream about the killer parties the two would host together at their own place now that they didn't have parents to stop them.

What Fallon did not suspect was that her and Brianna would have a falling out, and their dream to live together would not even happen. Brianna had difficulty understanding the concept of holding a friendship since she didn't have many friends growing up besides Fallon, Luna, and Andrea. But even the closest of friends could only take so much, and Fallon decided that she needed a break from the red-head.

If they rekindled their friendship at a later time that would be good but if they didn't, well, Fallon would just have to move on with that decision.

Fallon missed her of course, but she wasn't about to spend all her time thinking about the ginger that couldn't even stop by to apologize to her in person. She still couldn't believe that before she left Oregon, Brie didn't even stop by to say goodbye. She had told Luna to say farewell, and her excuse was that she was 'too busy' to stop by herself even though Fallon knew that was complete bullshit.

She just didn't want to have a conversation with her and address the group chat the three had. But what Fallon didn't know was that Brie was hiding something from her and didn't know how to tell her without the possibility of ruining what friendship they had. But it seemed like the ginger did that all on her own anyways.

Fallon was left with her own thoughts in complete darkness while she sat in her kitchen, her elbows leaning onto the marble island. Her spoon stirred the melted marshmallows into her hot chocolate. Only Fallon would have hot chocolate in the middle of summer.

Her blue eyes followed her spoon once she lifted it from the pink cup, the gooey marshmallows was sticking onto the silver utensil as she put it into her mouth.

This was not what she wanted when she thought about moving to Los Angeles. She never thought that she would be sitting all alone in her kitchen with all the lights off and moping how shitty her life had become. She had frequently heard that once fame came and sunk it's claws into you, that you would truly understand how miserable and lonely your life would become, and Fallon was starting to believe that now.
