❝ call me friend, but keep me closer ❞

THE STAGE THAT SHINED ALL DIFFERENT KIND OF COLORS, was now a dull grey. Billie had just wrapped up the show in Austin, Texas while Fallon watched with a look of complete adoration on her pretty features.

Billie snuck a peek at her while performing, her blue eyes trailing over towards the side of the stage to see the red lights illumating off her golden complexion. She was honestly so stunning that Billie had difficulty looking away as she bounced around to her own music.

Now, Fallon was alone at the front of the stage. Her bare legs were dangling off the platform as her eyes glanced at the empty seats in front of her, just an hour ago they were filled with tiny lights coming from cellphones.

How many times has she said that she loved to watch Billie perform? Probably too many. It was different this time though. The energy on stage was shifted from the last time she had watched Billie peform, which was her birthday. The way she sung her own lyrics were more passionate, she was more elifted and it seemed like Finneas took notice of that as well.

"What'cha doing out here?" Billie came up from behind her, catching her by surpise. Fallon's head lifted to see the singer take a seat down beside her.

"Just thinking about how this venue was packed with people and now look at it; empty and lonely." Fallon's blue eyes returned to infront of her while Billie pulled half of her hair back into a messy bun that laid ontop of her head.

She was sweating from the amount of jumping that she just did on stage, and with the hot lights shining down on her, to say she was overheated was a underestimate.

Billie laughed which made her body brush up against Fallon's. The simple touch sent a jolt of electricity up and down Billie's spine, which made the blue haired girl clear her throat nervously. "Did you like the show?" she then questioned, glancing at her to see her expression.

Fallon's head turned to look at the girl sitting beside her, the corners of her lips lifting upwards into a soft smile. "I always like watching you perform, Bil." she told her which shouldn't of been much of a surprise to the singer, but she was expecting a different answer.

"Even though we're not together?" Billie questioned her, her eyes looking down at both of their feet dangling off the stage. Suddenly, it seemed like the pair of socks she had on were more interesting.

Fallon took a moment to study Billie's facial expression even though she was turned away from her, almost embarassed about the question she had just asked. "What does that have to do with anything?" she questioned.

Billie shrugged. "I don't know. I just guessed that since I said all those hurtful things to you that you would hate my music and shit."

Billie's eyes then shifted towards Fallon, and then down towards where there hands were laying just centimeters apart. If she really wanted too, and boy did she want to, she could intertwine their fingers. She wondered if she should feel the same shot of electrity again, curious if Fallon had felt the same electricity when she touched her.
