BILLIE SIGHED OUT IN DISAPOINTMENT. She had just sent a message to Fallon after deleting the previous ones after giving it a second thought. She was still hesitant in her sent message, even if she did want to see Fallon, what would happen if she did?
Would Fallon accept her back in her life after all the things she said? That possibility was slim. Billie felt like Fallon would just leave her on read, ignore her message all together like it never happened in the first place.
She kept playing her brother's advice over and over in her head. She knew she had to stop running away while making up excuses to not be happy, but she knew things never lasted forever. She had lost people permanently, stabbed in the back by her so called 'friends' who wanted her for the money, the trust she had for people where slim.
But that didn't mean she had to be scared of falling in love, in fact, everything she endured with Fallon was far from scary. It was beautiful, full of joy and moments that truly made her smile. It was the fact that nothing lasts forever, that was what she was afraid of.
