First Day Out

I laughed, "What, what do you mean?", I asked. "I mean, I wanted to see if you have zits on your face, let me take a look", he said and running his fingers around my face and teasing me. "How dare you?", I said and pushed him away laughing. 

"No, really let me take a look", he said coming near my face again. "I'm gonna beat you up now", I said and started hitting him on his shoulder. He kept teasing me and we kept laughing. It was almost time for our class so we went. But before I went in, I checked if Adrian had texted. My phone showed, 

5 Unread messages 

I unlocked my phone and saw Adrian had texted me 5 times. I kept my phone was on silent when I woke up and forgot about it. I opened the messages and saw, 

Ad- Hey pro-player good morning                                                                                                                 8:00 am

Ad- You take so long to reply                                                                                                                            8:07 am

I blushed when I read his message. It was only seven minutes, he still felt it was long

Ad- I guess you're busy, text me when you're free                                                                                  8:20 am

Ad- Hey, I'm gonna practice BB today, I think the practice will be over by 2 pm. Let's meet after that.                                                                                                                                                                            9:00 am

 Ad- LOCATION                                                                                                                                                        9:30 am

I read all his messages and replied back,

Av- Hey Adrian, sorry my classes started early so couldn't check my phone. I'll be free by 1 pm and I'll see you then. All the best with your practice 😊😊😊😊

I said and walked into my classroom. I was excited to see Adrian, but the day didn't seem to pass. After 3 hours, 

"Class dismissed and maintain your notes students", the prof said

"Ahhh...finally", I sighed in relief

"Yup, the class is done", Lucas said, "Wanna hang out?", he asked

"Sorry, I have plans today, but let's hang out some other time ok", I said and we left the class together. 

As I sat in my car, I quickly pulled out my phone

Ad- I think I can leave early, I'll reach the location by 2 see you there  ☺️☺️

Av- Ok, I already left

I said and put my hands on the steering wheel. I reached home in 20 minutes. When I walked out, I looked around if anyone was there,

"Anyone home?", I screamed

"I'm here dear", Aunt Daphany said, "Mia's gone to her work, your parents are at work too", she said

"Ahh...I'm exhausted, aunty. We had classes since morning, I'm tired", I said lying down on the couch
