Surrounding all the galaxies,
Maybe even the unknown,
I shine bright like a diamond
In the Sky,
I'm a star, not super in any kind but I am.
People see me at night,
But what they naught to know is,
I shine all the time.
Evening time, sunsetting beauty.
Twilight time, sunrising elegance.
It isn't a contest anymore,
So, what exactly are we fighting for?
The dreams?
The direction?
The day?
[Tell Me]
I look up at the stars,
For I don't know what,
You can see the sparkles that make me go 'awe',
But unlike rain, stars go away,
When we need them to stay.
My eyes wander over the wonder of the
Stars that light up my life and the
ever blue sky.
Oh I wish,
My Star was bright like yours,
But I guess everything shines when it's meant to,
I want to be the guiding light,
Through
summer, autumn,
winter & spring
I want to be there when you realise,
I was your wishing flash
shooting across the sky
like crystals for an eye.
Starry you,
Starry me,
We all are stars with the
power to make
our dreams come true.
We ain't a nightmare
dressed as
a daydream.
Float like a river in space,
I want to see your face,
dancing dandelions with
a relaxing breeze,
touching our faces with the chill that we need.
Oh stars, I will wait...
