They were all inside Banner's lab, trying to figure out what had just happened.

"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out. He used the Internet as an escape hatch," Banner said.

"Ultron," Captain repeated.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other," Natasha said.

"He's in your files, he's in the Internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey said and Maria next to Andria pointed out what he meant.

"Nuclear codes."
"Nuclear codes. Look we need to make some calls, assuming we still can," Rhodey said again.

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead."
"He didn't say 'dead'. He said 'extinct'," Captain corrected Natasha's statement.

"He also said he killed somebody," Andria reminded them.
"There wasn't anyone else in the building," Maria said to her niece, before Stark finally spoke.

"Yes, there was," He said, tapping something on his phone. Then J.A.R.V.I.S.' hologram appeared, but it was damaged.

"What?!" Banner exclaimed at a loss for words, getting near the hologram, "this is insane."

"J.A.R.V.I.S. was the first line of defence. He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense," Captain said, but Banner stopped him.

"No. Ultron could have assimilated J.A.R.V.I.S. This isn't strategy. This is...rage," he explained, before Thor got inside the room, wearing his armor and holding his hammer.

He grabbed Stark by the neck and held him up.

"Woah, woah, woah."
"It's going around," Clint said.

"Come on, use your words, buddy," Stark said, while chocking.
"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark."
"Thor. The Legionnaire," Captain said, making Thor put Stark down and turn to face the rest of them.

"Trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again," he said.

"Genie's out of that bottle. Clear and present is Ultron," Natasha said.

"I don't understand. You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?" Dr Cho asked Stark.

As a response , he started laughing.

"You think this is funny?" Thor asked, chuckling angrily.
"No. It's probably not, right? This is very terrible. It is so...Is it? It is. This is so terrible," Stark said, trying to contain his laughter.

"This could have been avoided if you hadn't played with something you don't understand--"
"No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It is funny," Stark cut Thor off, "it's a hoot that you don't get why we need this."

"Tony, maybe this might not be the best time--"
"Really? That's it?" Stark cut Banner off, turning to face him, "you just roll over, show your belly every time somebody snarls?"
"Only when I've created a murder bot," Banner said.
"We didn't. We weren't even close. Were we close to an interface?" Stark protested.

"Well, you did something right. And you did it right here," Captain said, "the Avengers were supposed to be different than S.H.I.E.L.D."

"Anybody remember when I carried a nuke through a wormhole?" Stark asked.
"No, it's never came up," Rhodey said sarcastically.
"Saved New York?"
"Never heard that."
"Recall that? A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space. We're standing 300 feet below it. We're the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all the livelong day, but that up there, that's...That's the endgame. How were you guys planning on beating that?" Stark asked, looking each and everyone inside the room.

"Together," Captain answered, drawing Stark's attention.
"We'll lose."
"Then we'll do that together, too. Thor's right. Ultron's calling us out. And I'd like to find him, before he's ready for us. The world's a big place. Let's start making it smaller," Captain said and everyone seemed to agree, except for Stark, who just had a blank look on his face.
