Chapter 41- Fate

We talked for a bit, catching up on things. She had also explained to me that this was all a dream, in which she was able to freely roam.
I'm so glad to see her again. But..

Reality hit me like a train, and the words had left my lips.

"Why-

"Why did you have to go?"

She sighed and looked down at me.
"I can't really explain why I did it."

"Not in a logical manner at least."

She paused.

"A long time ago, I visited England."
"While I was there.. I had a strange dream."

"To cut it short, someone had told me
'This is your fate, whether you follow it or not is up to you.'

"When she said my fate, this was it."

"I wouldn't be able to tell you why...

But all I know is what that voice said, and where my heart led me."

She continued.

"The fate she spoke of, wasn't absolute."

"The fate she was talking about is simply the correct path."
"The right way for my story is to end."

"If I hadn't chosen to accept this fate, things could've gone for the worse, for you and me."
"Again, I couldn't explain to you why."

"Because there is no why to it.

It just is."

She turned to me.

"You have your own 'fate' too."

I looked up into her eyes.

"But.. I don't even know how I'll get there."

"Just let your heart lead the way."
"You have to start school again soon right?"

I nodded. Although, I still wasn't sure if I wanted to go. I really had no good reason in doing so.

"You can't just spend the rest of your life curled up in a ball."
"To reach your fate, you have to get up and get there."

"You have a whole life ahead of you."

"Get out there and live it"
