"That's- weird"
The streams continued to flow, slowly falling down my cheek.
Droplets fell from my chin to my lap.
I suddenly felt a warm hand wipe the tears away.
My eyes met his for a second
Before both of us turned away.
We both slid back into our futons.
The warmth in my heart glowed softly.
I awoke to colder feeling.

My eyes shot open.
Almost jumping out of the futon.
Jotaro looked over to me. Rubbing one eye tiredly.
"What are doi-"
Before he could finish I'd already ran off.
'Something's not right-'
As I was running my foot hit a spoon on the ground.
I looked to the room next to me.
Jotaro's mom lay there almost unmoving.
I ran to her in slight panic.
I felt her pulse.
But it was beating fast.
"What happened" I heard Avdol's voice behind me.
"She's got some kind of fever-
He went to her.
He noticed something sticking out her neck.
"A stand."
At some point, all of use were gathered in the room.
Mr.Joestar looked in silence before finally breaking.
"DAMMIT!"
"I knew when this day came she wouldn't be able to handle the manifestation of a stand!"
He said grabbing the collar of Jotaro's coat.
Seeing him like that broke something in me too.
"Calm down old man, how do we stop it?" Jotaro asked with a stern yet calm look.
The old man was silent for a bit,
"We have to kill DIO." He finally spoke.
As if everyone read each other's minds,
we all agreed
It was clear
On a journey to Egypt we went.
