Derek walked in Meredith's room finding Maggie asleep in the chair near Meredith's bed, he thinks back of the conversation he had with Maggie and smiled, ' She isn't Lexie, but she now has a sister again' was the hoarsh voice of Mark behind Derek, ' i know.. she had a hard way of accepting that she has another sister, she still has nightmares, she wakes up screaming for lexie' ' Dont wel all..' muttered Mark as a response and he left,

' Izzie, you shouldn't be near this room' said Derek when he saw Izzie walking up, 'i need to talk to her, ive been where she is..' ' Yeah i know Izzie, i operated you, bu-' ' but what Doctor Shephard?' ' er- ill wake her up'

' Maggie? ' Maggie nodded as a sleepy response, ' no offense but could you leave the room for a sec.. someone wants to talk to Mer' 'er- yeah sure' Maggie stood up and left, ' Mer..Mer' said Derek trying to wake up Meredith, Meredith strecthed out and opened her eyes ' hey..?' she said smiling hoarshly ' Izzie wants to talk to you' Meredith looked past Derek and saw Izzie standing there awkward ' i can say that she has to leave, but for once, i want to hear all of her excuses' ' okay you want me to stay?' asked Derek, ' no, ill be fine' smiled Meredith slightly

Derek left the room and nodded to Izzie that she could enter

' Well magic is still here, George is back, Cristina is back, Alex and i never left' ' yeah b-but everything has changed'

' You wanna hear about the fact that Derek almost died while getting shot, Owen got shot, and even the dying people, or what about the fact that Callie was in a crash and almost died, or er- ofcourse this one's my favorite, the crash.. we were in a freaking plane crash, Arizona lost her leg, Derek almost lost his ability to ever operate again, Mark.. so so so much internal bleeding, and then Lexie trapped under a piece of plane , or Cristina in total shock, or me, Lexie died Izzie, she died in our hospital, so no you dont get to say that you want to talk when i dont want to' said Meredith now raising her voice, her heartrate went higher and a nurse & Derek walked in ' Leave please' nodded Derek to Izzie,
