*Layla's pov*
Darkness... absolutely darkness...
Yet there's a small light.
Way at the end of the darkness.
Should I go?
Maybe it's bad?
Or maybe it's good?
"Hello?" Someone yells from the darkness
"Helloooo?" It repeats.
It sounds almost like a child? As I walk closer the voice becomes more vivid
"Mommy why is daddy sad?" The little girl asks.
I make it to the light.. it's.. it's me?
"Because honey.." my mom cries "he's upset."
Little me frowns and walks away from my mom and to my dad, giving him a hug
"It's ok daddy... don't cry" he says
My dad wipes his tears and picks her up, setting her on his lap "it's o-ok little one. I'm ok" he says
He looks into my eyes "you look just like him" he whispers
Who? Who do I look like?
"Oh my David" He sobs, crying into little me's shoulder.
"There there daddy" she says
The memory fades. And I'm left once again in the darkness.
David? How did he know David?
Another light appears behind me. Another memory?
"My son I must leave you" a voice says... Dad?
I walk over to the new memory, only .. I don't think it's mine?
It's my dad, looking down to a little baby boy.
"I'm so sorry. I-I hope you grow into what you are meant to me. Lead this pack.. but. Don't do it as I once did. You can be better" he says
A loud boom appears behind them, followed by howls.
"Goodbye David" He says, disappearing into smoke. Leaving the child alone, crying on the ground.
The memory moves on... and another one appears.
"Mommy where's daddy?" A little boy's voice says.
I walk closer to it.
"He left us" she replied harshly
"But why?" He asks in such an innocent voice
"Because David! He didn't care about me! Or you!" She yelled "only that god damn child"
"Oh" he say's
The memory fades... leaving me back in the darkness.
David.. as in. David?
He can't be.. my.. my.. brother?
A dark shadow appears, in an almost humanoid figure.
It steps closer to me
"Dad?" I ask
His face becomes clear
"Why did you lie to me!" I yell
"I had to.." he replies in a ghostly voice
"No! No you didn't!" I yell back, trying to walk towards him. But with every step I took I moved nowhere..
"I had to protect you.." he says
