Dean and Sam return from the case, you two got A call last night from your brother Michael that Sami is in the hospital in labor, you both get up and head to the hospital to meet Zoey finally. You get there to find your parents, Liv and Lily seating in the waiting room, Dean smiles and Lily runs over to you both and let's you know Mommy is in labor with Zoey she is excited to meet her baby sister soon.
As Dean grabs her and you all go seat down and wait for Michael to come give us a update on Sami and Zoey. Dean kisses your Temple and grab one of your hands,

His eyes are locked on you as you giggle, he continues to hold Lily as you lead against him and wait for Michael to come out of the labor-room. A few hours later Michael comes out with a big smile on his face, Lily is asleep in Dean's arms as he says she is here Zoey is here and both her and Sami are doing fine, he then looks at you "Y/N she wants to see you first, we got to talk to you about being Zoey's godmother like you are with Lily" as you get up and kiss Dean on the head, he is alseep too.
You go in with Michael to meet your new goddaughter in Zoey. You arrive back there with Michael and your first glimpse of Zoey is breath taking she is a spitting image of Lily when she was born the only difference is Lily's eyes are brown like yours And Michael Zoey's is the same as Sami's blue. She is adorable and you are so in love with her already as you kiss her head lightly before, Dean and Lily come in Lily wants to meet Zoey so Dean brought her in, he couldn't wait to meet the new darling in Zoey he is going to spoil her just like he does with Lily he is definitely a great uncle.
He loves your family, and he has been thinking about you two getting married and having kids together in the near future. Michael hands him Zoey as you giggle at him with her it's like deja vu because he is so good with her it's like the first time he held Lily.
