"You sure you're not my kid?" Kourt joked around as we were gathered for dinner, I told mom I'd accompany her after tonight- fly back to Cleveland tomorrow afternoon and be of help because her 'BD' is of no use as always

I laughed shaking my head as I helped Penelope and North set up the plates on the dinner table "She might be" Grandma Kris- Lovey, laughed taking her glasses off, those cheekbones of hers that she passed on to my mom that she passed down to me. It isn't botox people, it's the strong genes of great structure

"Fai literally won't stop telling me about it" Kendall laughed shoving blueberries in her mouth, I grabbed one and threw it at her, playfully as she did the same after Buzzkill Kourtney busted us

"Guys, he just asked me to help him go shopping for his missions trip in Africa with Unicef which isn't too far from now- we're friends" I paused as they all looked at me with the 'yeah right you are' face "28 and 19, kind of a bummer there" 

"Hadid Boy- Anwar could kill it" Kim rumored in

I laughed even harder "Yeah like Kenny would let her secret love for him go just like that. Plus we're like good friends who hang out and share the liking of art and museums" 

Dinner every Sunday at a KarJenner household is one of the best things I loved about growing up with a big family. Each Sunday is a different house, different meal and we each share our highs and lows of the week, shitty or not, we're normal people who people consider as extraordinary. Just a little, not too much.

According to the private jet dude, my mother had canceled my flight to go see her. Looks like I'll be waiting for dear baby sister to come in order for me to see my mother, kind of weird she hasn't talked to me or told me about it. 

"Hey, dad" I picked up the facetime call, I was in the middle of unpacking my things which took awhile to do considering living a month in Cleveland. 

"Your mom told me that she cancelled your flight, are you guys fighting again? Sweetie, Sage I told you to go easy on her" He did this thing with his eyes where he flutters his eyelashes and is saying 'unbelievable' with his face

I laughed "But that's the thing Dad, her assistant had to tell me at 3 in the morning that it's cancelled and I asked why but no one has like told me why or even answered my messages or calls which is kind of freaking me the fuck out" 

"Relax okay, call me if you need anything Dr. Avery has a thing to do. Love you Jack Frost"

My phone buzzed about a million times- family groupchat, family friends texting me, other celebrities, I mean I haven't opened any of them but this is literally the first time my phone has popped off this much other than my birthday. I ignored it because they can wait. I carried my mac down the stairs as I continued to watch Game of Thrones, I just barely started watching it and it really is the greatest show ever aside from Teen Wolf and Greys Anatomy which is really weird seeing my dad and these other women- gross really but everyone else in the show- PHENOMENAL!

"Sage" I heard a call but I was way too busy reading the tabloids of my email.

"What the fuck is going on?" I shouted as Kylie popped out "Did you-"

"Yeah, is this why she cancelled my flight? Imma kick his ass" 

Kyle took me by the shoulders and shook her head "No. Let her deal with this first, we are not going to be making anything worse because we don't know anything yet. She's only talked to Kimberly about this so please relax, I love you and I really do think you might end up in jail if you find a plane ticket to Cleveland" 

I would've ended his basketball career right then and there because who in their right mind will go out in public to the club and cheat on their baby mother who is about ready to burst any moment from now? Did I forget to mention PUBLICLY? He has no respect for any of us, he just thinks that he can fuck around and play us, dear Jesus please tell me this man has a brain tumor because none of this makes no sense, it's completely infuriating!!!!!!

"C'mon lets go to Traders Joe, your favorite cousin is in the car" Ky implied on 2 month old baby rager Stormi- she is the cutest and sweetest baby in the world

"K" was all I could come up with, I am numb and I can't imagine how my mom is feeling right now but I hope she's doing alright. If she won't reach out to me that is perfectly alright with me.

"Are you ready to meet her?" Auntie Malika questioned as we were waiting for the jet to get fueled up so we can get up on out of here and be with my mom in that delivery room

"Absolutely ready-" A brief pause "To kick his frickin' throat" I came up with words that were PG 13, this is crazy and all of this stress is causing my mom to give birth weeks before her due date, thanks a whole lot

I grabbed a couple of the things from Tristan's house which I thought he wouldn't be in but I guess he's the one prepping the baby bag 

"Mom's stuff I'll get ready"

"Hey, Sage" 

"Don't Sage her Tristan, not right now" Auntie Malika shook her head as Kimmy was helping me prep mom's clothes, what she may or may not need at the hospital, a knife should be in the bag

"Ready?" Kimmy asked as I grabbed my camera that I left behind in the guest room I was staying in

I nodded and halfway out of the door my slick mouth just had to say something "You're a shitty partner but let's pray to all the Gods that you won't be a shitty father because you got shit covered in your basketball career" I looked towards my right which was the kitchen, I swiped everything off of the counter "Call me crazy or call me vengeful, see you out there, coach" I emphasized 

"Sage, let's go, come on" Malika was shook and so was Kim but my aunt Kimmy couldn't keep her face together because she went from a shocked wide eyed person to someone who is about to pee herself laughing at my Oscar worthy performance

My parents will kill me the second they hear about my irrational behavior, they'll think that I've completely lost my mind and maybe I did.
