The blinds head turned in an instant as a wide smile. An in an instant, Jungkook's heart beated faster. It felt like old times.
"I'm so glad you could make it despite your busy schedule! I watched you in The Apprentice and I cried like a baby. I always new you were a good actor ever since that play in middle school."
"You remember that?"
"Of course, I do! You played a convincing Romeo."
"Thank you."
Taehyung smiled and leaned forward.
"I missed you, Gguk. Y-you have to visit more often. And we c-can go to amusement parks like the old days and we'll buy a lot of candy and go to a move drive-thru. I just missed you so much, Kookie." Taehyung hiccuped as he hugged Jungkook who hugged him back.
"I've missed you too, Tae."
"If you did, you would've come out to see me. It took me a while to get used to not seeing your irritating face."
"Irritating?" Jungkook mumbled as he rubbed Taehyung's back.
"No. It's not irritating." Taehyung muttered. "I miss your annoying face so much, Gguk."
Jungkook pulled away and tried his best to give Taehyung an animated yet realistic smile.
"Tae. Don't cry on your wedding day."
