I was at home chilling in my bed when I get an unexpected FaceTime call.

My Hero💚🕺🏽 would like to FaceTime....

He really called me when i'm in my bed slumped.

I answer the phone showing my ceiling.

"Come on. Don't be those type of girls." He says laughing.

"I'm sorry this FaceTime was unexpected." I say.

"Yooo.. show your face." Jalen yells.

"Fine." I say showing my face.

"Wow. Show the ceiling again." He says laughing.

"Wow. You stink. Why are you calling me?" I say pouting.

"I wanted to know if you wanted to come boat-riding with me." He asks.

"Why me?" I ask laughing.

"Because when we hung out at the park I realized that I like hanging out with you." He says smiling.

"Aww. Okay I'll go." I say.

"Alright I'll pick you up in an hour." He says.

He hangs up the phone and I change to my reddish bikini. I get my towel and stuff and walk downstairs.

I see my mom and dad on a computer at the kitchen table as usual.

"Hey guys." I say getting snacks and putting them in my bag.

I notice they're not paying any attention to me.

"Mom!" I say trying to get her attention.

"Yes?" She says still not paying attention.

So she talks?

"I'm going to go boat riding..... with this boy dad." I say trying to get his attention.

"That's great, sweetheart." He mumbles looking at his computer.

I sigh.

"You know what I lied... I'm going to go strip for a boy at a strip club. That's why I have on this bikini." I say sarcastically.

"Well have fun." My mom mumbles.

My jaw drops.

It's sad how my parents care about literally nothing about me. It sucks to have no one older to talk to. I have a little sister, but she's four and is always at my aunts house because I can't babysit her because of school.

"Whatever." I mumble walking out the door.
